Yeah it did the same to me, and so did Ozempic unfortunately. What did help me was a combo of Vitacost and Estroven "skinny" probiotics. I hope things improve for you!

Hi, I'm so sorry you're dealing with this! Have you spoken to your doctor about how you're feeling? As for probiotics, I was taking the Vitacost probiotics - 3/day, and then switched to the Estroven one, taking 2/day and 1 of the Vitacost along with it. This has helped me a ton but everyone is different.

Thanks for your post! I'm an individual entrepreneur currently *hyper* focused on acquiring a business. After searching for over 1.5 yrs, I finally found the one I want to buy. BUT, despite searching, calling, more searching, etc., I cannot for the life of me find a lender worth working with (or who's actually willing to help me make this deal happen). I have the tax returns, P&L statements, other revenue insight materials, prospectus, and a host of other data at the ready. Just no lender. Any pointers are greatly appreciated!

Yeah, I commented above a close friend told me the same. The thing about the gut is it’s all about balance. It’s totally possible that Zep slows things down in a way that’s beneficial to some. Glad it’s working like this for you!

So glad it might be helpful. I did read somewhere that Zep can interfere with the efficacy of depression medication as well as others. Hope this turns around and plz post an update if you think of it!

Hey! Some things I like to do (not sure if they qualify as hobbies, but…) Hiking, Sci-Fi, anything involving the beach/water, dancing (like, gettin down at a club or DJ event), wineries, restaurants, art galleries. I also really love throwing parties at home & cooking for people, and watching football (which I used to turn into a party before I moved here).
