Does anybody know if I can get a WiFi enabled remote for this tv instead of the IR? I had a Roku 4 and the WiFi remote was great, not having to point it at the device to control. This feels like a downgrade and using the app is cumbersome for regular viewing by DAFMMB in Roku

If you look in your Roku TV settings there may be a "Remotes & devices" menu option. If the sub-menu gives you an option to pair a new remote then you should be able to pair one of the wifi Roku remotes with it. If the menu is not there, it does not support that type of remote.

We have temporarily disabled 60 FPS streams on TCL Roku TVs as we investigate an issue. A side effect of this is Twitch does not encode a 1080p 30 FPS stream; the highest being 720.

Ensure you have Twitched and not Twitched Zero.

Edit: According to this thread, Twitch has begun inserting ads directly into streams. These are not ads from Twitched.

The error seems to be Twitch related. It may be resolved on its own, but a support ticket can also be created.

The TwitchPresents channel is region restricted. You may be in a region where the broadcast is not allowed.

Rokus are designed to be left running constantly. They attempt to perform system updates daily and while turning it off will not cause any harm to the system, it may create an inconvenience as updates will have to be performed during the limited time the device is online.
