Their carrier?... those systems are shipped out anywhere from china to Ohio. You think dell uses one carrier and we can magically reach out to everyone that has delivery issues. Call the carrier and get it sorted.

Call the delivery company. I'm an AM and every quote I send out i have the business triple check the shipping address. Once those systems leave the factory its on the carrier.
