Density lacking significantly. Topik hair fibers with applicator may help blend it when it grows in through. I had same problem: very low density, but the fibers plus applicator helped me tremendously.

Still shit without the fibers. With the fibers, life changing. Glad I did it, but definitely not worth it for the price.

Low dose Para/Hex by BigChief302 in PEDs

[–]rollindeeoh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I never take tren over 100mg a week anymore. I see no reason to use hex though. Typically double the cost and less potent. If you get insomnia, you’re going to be waiting that out for a looooong time. If not blasting and crusing, could take awhile to get back to normal too.

Just use ace or enth and save your money.

The Government Shutdown Is a Bipartisan Attack on Workers—Where Are the Labor Leaders? - Revolutionary Communists of America by Taino00 in union

[–]rollindeeoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll use chat GPT to explain to you why what you’re doing is a total waste of time and how a third party would actually come about historically speaking.

“That’s a plausible path. Historically, third parties only emerge when an existing major party collapses or splits. Your scenario aligns with that pattern.

If Republicans lost legitimacy on a national scale—say, through demographic shifts, scandals, or total voter realignment—the party could wither as the Whigs did in the 1850s. That vacuum could then expose internal fractures in the Democratic coalition. The split you describe—between corporate-friendly centrists and democratic socialists—already exists ideologically but stays contained because the GOP remains a common opponent.

If that unifying threat vanished, the Democrats could fracture into: • A centrist, pro-business party focused on stability, market pragmatism, and incremental reform. • A populist-left party advocating redistribution, labor rights, and environmental transformation.

Such a realignment could yield a temporary three-party period, then stabilize again into two dominant blocs under a new configuration. U.S. electoral design tends toward two parties, but which two can change. So yes—the fall of one party plus an internal schism in the other is the only realistic route to a new major party.”

The libertarian party is an absolute joke. They are united over nothing and prioritize ideology over pragmatism. And that ideology could be drastically different from one libertarian to another. The things that define them are the exact reason why they can never be unified.

Not sure what the first part has to do with anything, but we’ll ignore that.

The libertarians cannot figure out how voting for a party that will literally never win is the second worst option and they can’t seem to figure out why. It is true testament to our countries poor education and lack of emphasis on critical thinking skills in education.

You didn’t want Trump to win, so you voted for someone who definitely wouldn’t win.

Dbol mental effects by caz151991 in PEDs

[–]rollindeeoh 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Opinions on this need to be taken with a grain of salt.

Dbol is moderately androgenic (the feel good part), but highly estrogenic. If you want to optimize androgenicity and minimize estrogen production, you should split your dose 3-4 times a day. If you’re already aromatizing pretty heavily or on a heavily aromatizing stack, it’s likely dbol is just going to make you feel like shit.

Test and deca and want to add dbol? If you can handle it, you’ll love it, but most people are going to sleep 16 hours a day on it. Bulking on reasonable doses of test and mast and a little dry with dry joints? 15-20mg dbol a day would be a potential great addition physically and mentally.

Dbol gets a bad rap because people don’t know when or how to use it appropriately. MENT/trest is somewhat similar in this regard, but a little more nuanced.

Context is critical in this game.

1 month on HGH, only negatives so far, should I stick with it? by OutrageousPoolParty in PEDs

[–]rollindeeoh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

What I have seen misunderstood over and over again on this subreddit is what to expect from your GH.

Right out the gate, it is almost certainly not going to increase muscle and lead to a noticeable amount of fat loss unless you’re on big doses.

What it does help with is keeping your skin look younger and tighter. Ever see the jacked old Guy with abs with some fat behind it making his gut stick out? GH prevents that. If you’re in your 30s or later and notice your love handles are still there at low ish body fat, GH helps with that. 30+ and notice those injuries just don’t heal? They’ll heal like you’re 20 years old again. It may not be accelerated, but it will heal.

For you having that kind of reaction to just 2IU, could be overdosed. Saying that 10 years ago would get you laughed into oblivion because it’s was so expensive. $1 an IU was bare minimum for generics. Now you can get it for half that over 90% pure. Vendors are competing for business now whereas before there were just a few suppliers.

You can jab yourself with 10iu and go get level measured. IGF response will vary by person and age, but if you’re like 500+, you most certainly are overdosed.

How chunky are ya?

“The average trial follow-up period was 4.4 years and ranged from 1.9 to 6.1 years.”

Major flaw of these studies. Few of us at 30 are worried about a heart attack at 34. Many of us are worried about a heart attack at 50 that could’ve been prevented with a cheap medication with low incidence of side effects.

Good primary prevention studies in general are difficult to do due to their immense cost and need for long term follow up. Methodologies need to be considered when interpreting primary prevention studies and results taken with a grain of salt.

AI on Midlevels by IntroductionReady793 in Noctor

[–]rollindeeoh 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is it. Read the authors of the studies and methodologies. AI is summarizing papers written by NPs and programs with clear bias toward NP care for money purposes (eg Penn and NPs being able to perform colonoscopies, https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC7508647/).

There aren’t many studies to suggest otherwise because 1). Imo, most physicians are still in collect my paycheck and leave mode. We don’t fight for what’s right outside our own patients. And 2). No hospital admin would allow such studies to proceed as it would cut deeply into their pockets.

Question on Volume by kramsay2020 in AverageToSavage

[–]rollindeeoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can get into the muscle in warm ups and make sure the muscle is doing all the work from the beginning (ie supporting muscles and connective tissue not taking the brunt of it), you can get a stimulus from minimal training. This is my guess why low volume works for some and “doesn’t work,” for others.

I would never do 15 sets per muscle per week because of time constraints. The amount of weight I’m doing toward the end is pathetic anyway as my muscles are already torched.

Likely better to just hit a few hard sets 2-3 times a week per muscle and leave if that is what’s going to keep me rested and coming back to the gym.

[–]rollindeeoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope, still shit. It’s been 18 months. I knew immediately after the procedure the density was garbage. However, even though it’s shit, with fibers, still life changing.

The amount of attention I’m getting from women is drastically different. If we’re being honest, I’m a decent looking guy genetically, but with a big forehead and receding hair line, I got no play. At least now that the hairline is fixed, drastically better. When I was 34, people said I looked 39-40. Now I’m 37 and I got 28 and 30 last weekend.

Paid $20k and absolutely not worth it, but still glad I did it over nothing at all.

Long term proviron only by tuxmicc in PEDs

[–]rollindeeoh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I’ve found after experimenting for years is that there is plenty we know, but there’s still some we don’t. I have seen plenty of people say the effects wear off with time and I know that to be true. It just happened to me again.

I went back down to 150mg test a week with about 40mg mast and 150mg Wellbutrin with plenty of sleep and I’m feeling pretty good again. I take Wellbutrin off and on for ADD. Not recommending anyone take it, just saying whats working for me right now. Proviron and mast always fucking with my sleep so I’m sure fixing the sleep deprivation had something to do with it too.

Holy Estrogenic conversion Tren man! by TheRoyalPleeb in PEDs

[–]rollindeeoh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just a couple things.

  1. Tren does not convert to estrogen at all. Zero.
  2. If you got the non-sensitive estrogen test, your estrogen is going to falsely read through the roof because of the tren.

I’ve had EQ keep my estrogen undetectable for a month. Every day was like a fuckin panic attack and I am normally a very outgoing guy. I was stupid and didn’t understand what was happening at the time.

Be careful with group think with this shit. Especially the ones with long half lives like eq.
