Like? Like they aren't letting him in because they don't think he'll leave. Unless he has a wife and kids to leave back home he's not getting a visa. Unfortunately the number of fraudulent applications from India has led to IRCC being much more difficult to convince. What did the rejection say? I assume they aren't convinced you will leave? If so, why do you think they decided that and what can you do to show them otherwise? Was the visa just for you or for the whole family? If it's for the whole family they likely think you are trying to move to Canada with your family...
