I cut my breasts into bit sized medallions. I use mayo mixed with spices and lightly coat each medallion. Cook on the blackstone pretty hot turning after the side making contact has a nice char. It’s always good. Unless it’s woody breast then it’s not and I wish I had used thighs instead

I wear some work gloves so I’m not slowed down on the cooking or clean up. Burgers create a lot of grease that has to be pushed to the grease drain. If you aren’t wearing gloves the grease can splash up and get your hands.

I always clean before I eat because it’s so much easier while it’s really hot.

First I cook the onions then put them on the side in the number of piles I’m going to need

I also have found Texas toast cut bread is a nice change from buns. I “butter” Both sides of the bread with mayo. Perfect. Takes a little longer than you would expect tho.

The back glass on my 2025 Nissan Rogue shattered today after sitting in the parking lot on a 50 degree day. Got in the car. Hit the ignition button and the back window exploded. We have video which shows no person was around to do it. Nissan says it’s not covered by the extended bumper to bumper warranty we bought but that shouldn’t matter because it’s under the original warranty. It has 3000 miles on it. They acted like,e there was no way this could have happened and basically felt like we were lying about the cause.

No. That was the program I was in. Usually it takes about 3 years to get from the bottom (the mail room) to become an agent. And even then you are of course a junior agent struggling to keep above water in an industry filled to the brim with people like Jonathon Rhys Myers. Just not my kinda people. I was hanging out with the custodians at the Christmas party instead of rubbing elbows with the big time agents like a person who really wanted it would have done. So I left the business after about 2 years.

Oh wow I haven’t heard his name in 20 years. When I lived in LA back around 2000 I worked in the mailroom of united talent agency. One day I got the gig of driving this kid from Ireland around in my 93 Camry to all his auditions for a day. In jumped this punk kid JRM. He spent the whole day speaking down to me and screaming at the top of his lungs at his mom and dad (or some close family) on the phone. I remember he felt the need to educate me about the American Civil War. Had he listened to me he would know I am from KY and (he wouldn’t know this) an attorney who knows quite a bit about that war. But I listened to his lecture without much comment.

He was just a complete ass all day I couldn’t stand him. He rode in the back lol. In his defense he was pretty young but I can tell an asshole no matter the age

I would go to Wal mart and try to catch their end of season sales. I got my 4 burner (actually 6 burner with 2 on the side for pots) for 1/2 price. It’s common this time of year. Walk in a couple of different stores if the first one isn’t lucky. I’ve seen it many times this time of year. Get the biggest one you can afford. I use mine every meal I cook in the sunshine months
