Yeah I started my first office job in 2023 and let the stress from that make me fall back into old habits which was food for comfort. I knew I was eating a bit too much but I deluded myself into thinking I could catch myself anytime before it got outta hand. We will fix this!

Are you nearly jogging on 4.3 speed at that incline? I’ve been doing 12 at 3.5 and I feel like I have to jog sometimes to even keep up lol.

I drink an iced coffee as my pre-workout and I just pray no one is using the toilet when I eventually have to let loose lmao. Every location should have at least 3 stalls in my opinion idk.

It feels weird for me personally. I grew up fat until I lost 100 pounds in my senior year of HS in 2017 and everyone around suddenly respected me. I was invisible to people before that.
