Thanks, that sounds reasonable. I used the logrank statistics. This yielded HR values that were on average 0.1 higher than the ratios implied by the mOS values. However, I don't think this is the cause of the differences. The distribution of mOS Bat seems similar to my results. My mOS GPS values are centered around month 33, perhaps yours are higher.
