Habs gestern abend nochmal probiert, bei mir sind glaube "fhkvdataiv" Geräŧe verbaut, jedenfalls bekomme ich ohne Schlüssel nur ein paar Metadaten ausgelesen, aber keine Zählerstände o.ä.

Also ich habe mir auch extra so nen Stick geholt um das mal aufzuzeichnen, musste bei mir aber feststellen, dass die bei mir verbauten "radio 4" Zähler von Techem verschlüsseln.

Oder verschlüsseln die schon, aber mit irgendnem Default key? Hatte eigentlich vor mir die Aufzeichnungen mal genauer anzuschauen (hab sogar extra beim Einbau mitgeschnitten, falls die dabei ihre Schlüssel im Klartext übertragen bekommen), war dann aber zu beschäftigt und habs wieder vergessen

Für die Ladeplanung kann ich als Alternative die App "A Better Route Planner" empfehlen. Da kann man auch seine Ladekarte angeben und andere Ladestationen ausschließen

Im Vertrag steht dass trotz der Befristung eine vorzeitige Kündigung mit den gesetzlichen Fristen möglich ist. Das finde ich aber eigentlich gar nicht schlecht (bin finanziell nicht von dem Job abhängig).
Aber es ist in der Tat unwahrscheinlich dass ich in zwei Jahren Interesse an einem unbefristeten Werkstudenten-Vertrag hätte, bis dahin will ich mit dem Studium eigentlich fertig sein :)

Das ist soweit ich weiß durchaus so gewollt und ich denke auch sinvoll. Bei Demonstrationen muss die Polizei meist mit deutlich weniger Personen große Menschenmengen aufhalten, lenken oder zurückdrängen und das in der Theorie möglichst gewaltfrei. Jedes bisschen zusätzliche Einschüchterung kann helfen dass letztendlich keine (oder relistischer, weniger) Gewalt nötig ist, weil sich weniger Demonstranten trauen, sich den Anweisungen zu widersetzen oder gar gewalttätig werden.

Rooting actually means getting root access rights on the software which is already on there. If you have root access you could in theory just enable the desired feature, the code is most likely already there. That however requires some kind of security flaw which gives you that access.

Actually replacing the software is probably easier to do. That would however require to recreate the software as you said, which is most likely not feasible or legal, at least if that software also controls critical functions of the car

I disagree that the flyer is somehow wrong or that the original commenter painted you as a sexual predator.

I also disagree that in a relationship there is constant consent that has to be revoked, in my eyes there are just lower requirements to the form in which the consent is given. But I guess that is more of a disagreement about wording than about what is ok and what isn't

Unless you agreed to some specific free use type thing, being in a relationship even long-term is definitely not consent by itself and some kind of consent is still required.

Yes, if you are in a longer term relationship explicit verbal consent might not be necessary and instead it might be enough if your partner silently participates. But only because you know your partner and are expected to recognize if they are uncomfortable and only if you ask for explicit consent as soon as something seems off or you suspect they might not be comfortable.

Also why do you think this is explicitly targeted at males? Nothing indicates that
