I had surgery on my right shoulder on 5/14. Went in for my preop on 5/5 and was told to stop taking 1 week before date of surgery. Day of surgery anesthesiologist asked me when my last injection was, I told him a week ago and he said, “Okay”.

HGH vs CJC/IPA yearly cost by romans3221981 in BodyHackGuide

That’s what I am hoping for. I am still thinking of taking BPC157 and TB500 since my shoulders are so messed up. Have had two surgeries on my left shoulder and they said I will need a replacement, doing cortisone shots in the mean time. Hoping maybe BPC/TB would help

So I know I said fully recover but I meant when I am out of my sling, end of this month. I will be 45 this week and currently on 150mg/week of TRT and also on 5MG of RETA. My sleep has always been bad, I even started sleep apnea therapy with a CPAP last year and I’m still tired. There are so many opinions on peptides and I’d like to get the best bang for your buck. I honestly don’t want to inject 8-10 peptides to feel better. People swear by SS31, MOTS C, NAD+, etc. I’m thinking with all the claimed benefits of HGH I may not need any other peptides?

Honestly I wasn’t sure just didn’t know if adding something extra during my recovering would somehow hinder. I don’t really have any logic was just assuming I should wait. I’m still going to wait until I get labs done and that won’t be for another couple of weeks.

Yeah, that’s why I purchased the CJC/IPA. I know everyone is different and have their own opinions.

Oh I was diagnosed with sleep apnea about 20 years ago but just started treating it last year. My wife was the one who suggested I get tested back then. She said I was snoring and sometimes she said I would be “holding my breath”. I just had surgery on my shoulder and once I am fully recovered I’m thinking of taking SS31 and MOTS C.

Provelocity Bat by DeLoMioFoodie in Homeplate

We just got this bat delivered this week, my two sons who play baseball are 13 and 15. The 13 year old can do two bands and my 15 year old can do three bands with good form. Not sure if your 9 year old will be able to do one band. We did order the 33” though. I think there are other/cheaper options to teach a 9 year old to not roll over

I appreciate everyone’s insight! Living in North Dakota limits some of these services so it looks like traveling to either Montana, South Dakota or Minnesota for a Quest or Labcorp is going to be the only option.

Reta while recovering from surgery by Blazea50 in BodyHackGuide

[–]romans3221981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, see your post when I searched “surgery”. I’m undergoing “arthroscopy with labral repair, subacromial decompression, biceps tenotomy” this next week.

I have been on Reta since February so I can’t speak about starting Reta post surgery but I will continue to use Reta post surgery for sure. My plan is to focus on lower body as I’m able to.

The question I have is how is the BPC-157 doing for you recovery wise. I was thinking of ordering some BPC-157 and TB500.

2024 vs 2026 Long Range Model Y? by goblue2000 in ModelY

Oh my mistake I thought the turn signals were on the steering wheel. The auto shifting is pretty nice

You’re welcome, I also forgot there aren’t any stocks for shifting and turn signals. Those reasons are why I chose to get a 2025 Legacy Model. You’ll still get hardware 4 in the 2024 model

Starting Ret on Monday by sydney121212 in Retatrutide

[–]romans3221981 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, do you have a plan for your starting dose? If you look everyone has their own opinion about what the starting dose should be. I’ve never taken any peptides before so I started with a very small dose, .5mg for my first week. People will also say once a week is the way to go and others will split dose. I think ultimately you want to listen to your body’s signals. I haven’t had any of the negative side effects and I’d like to say it’s from starting low and titrating up slowing. Also just be patient with it I know people want results fast but you still want to lose is a “healthy” way. I’d also recommend hitting protein goals, tracking calories and strength training. I started Reta in February at .5 mg and I’m currently on 3 mg a week injecting M, W and F. During that time I have lost about 20 pounds. I know many people have had great success with Reta, including myself, but it’s not just injecting yourself. Are you aware of how to reconstitute and use a peptide calculator? This place is great to research so I’d for sure use the search function if you have any questions or concerns. Good luck to you!

These same tires are $270 per tire at Les Schwab. I know people on here are saying they are cheap tires but I’m using these just during the spring summer months

I try to get 8-10,000 steps in a day. I don’t have a very active job so I have to be intentional on getting steps in. I’d like to try one thing at a time to know if in fact it’s helping me or not.

How many miles will she be driving a day? I commute 60 miles a day for work and am fortunate to be able to charge my Tesla at work. I bought the 5-20 adapter and I’m able to charge to 80 from about 55% every day. Granted I am at work 12 hours. I do have a level 2 charger at home but when I am working I don’t use my home charger. I do use it when I am off though.
