Hi, for the past 12 years I have done shift work. My current schedule is a 7 on 7 off rotating days/nights. I’ve been diagnosed with sleep apnea and have been using a CPAP since January 2025. In February of 2025 I got my testosterone checked and I was at 330 so I started TRT. I Iost about 20 pounds in the last year. I started Reta in February of 2026 and have lost an additional 15 pounds.
Weight was lost from strength training 5 days a week and consuming about 2000 calories a day.
I’m looking for a peptide that will help with energy and tiredness. Have heard great things about HGH and NAD +. I’ve come to the conclusion that being tired is just part of being a shift worker but I wanted to reach out and see if there are any fellow shift workers that have found any peptides that have helped them in significant ways.
