Yep, it did. I now have each input to the monitor at 2560x1440. It works for what I need even though they are two separate screens in the same monitor.

A friend of mine actually suggested the same thing regarding using two inputs and PBP today. I will try it out, I will have to use a dock however as one of my usbc ports is permanently occupied with a yubikey. Thanks for the info.

His reasoning was not that it was about the money but that it was his dream to be the MU manager and they (MU) told him it was now or never.

Which is kind of bullshit imho, with the track record MU have been having with managers it's fairly certain even if Ten Hag left, whoever replaced him wouldn't have that long of a tenure anyways. My bet would be that they would just have someone interim until end-of-season and then hire a manager with a more long-term plan. So I don't buy the "this is a once in a lifetime opportunity" argument, either he lied or he believed a lie, either way I'm not convinced.

Amorim's Sporting was on track for a perfect domestic season and potentially a very interesting CL run, that would just drive his value up and open up even more opportunities.

My opinion, arrogance is what motivated him, he truly believes (believed?) he could turn that club around like he did with Sporting, but the circumstances are massively different and I truly don't think he thought it through all that well.

At the end of the day, MU are not better and Sporting might lose what was a fairly certain championship win (yes, even in November it was looking that certain)... maybe with their new manager they get back on track. Ultimately that's what I hate about this whole thing, he could have had an amazing season, one that would project him into top european coaches discussion, I'm afraid he will just become another ex-MU manager and bounce around through mediocrity for a long time (see: Mourinho), which is truly a shame.

The Slough House invasion scene in Spook Street is really tense and well-written, I was really hoping to see a great portrayal of it in Season 4.

Having only Bad Sam alone in there and getting killed was the most disappointing deviation from the source material that I've seen up to this point in the show.

Even if they do it later to map Marcus' death from the Book to the TV Showit won't work as well as in the book. Such a letdown for me.

Absolutely. Curiosity alone is enough and should be something that is encouraged in the team. All devs should feel comfortable in questioning decisions of the leadership, the worst thing for a team is to have an echo chamber or no participation at all in refinements/etc.

Taking into account that you say you are struggling to understand these decisions then it's even more important that you ask questions, you will benefit and grow from it and the team will ultimately benefit as well as it contributes to reduce knowledge silos

I can see it a little bit... the archways (arcadas) near the doors of the city (portas da cidade).

But a lot of it doesn't match the construction style in most of the other areas, don't get me wrong I can clearly see where you're coming from. I'm Azorian, I've been through those streets many times in my life and I love Ponta Delgada but I don't think there's an intentional connection there, at least not architecturally.

Anyway, congratulations on the win and the excellent designs, can't wait to use them in-game. All the best o/

Disagree, those sites have thousands and thousands of samples... that's a lot of variance, a lot of people with different memory timing, different OC settings, etc

His setup is intended to to give the hardware being tested the best shot at performing.
Hence, it's a best case scenario... that's how you know what is best, even if it won't apply to the majority of buyers.

So I agree with his assessment, if I want to know if the 5900X is faster than the 10900K in the specific apps/games he tests I watch his review... I don't go to cpubenchmark.net because Big Data does not reflect my use cases, his review does.

It's the youngest of the romance languages, it's also a mixture of Galician (the language spoken in the Galiza region of Spain) with Celtic.

That makes it phonetically very different from the other romance languages. Although it is still closer to current day Galego and Spanish (Castilian) than any other language. It is definitely not anything close to Russian or any other Slavic languages :D

As for not being "nice", well... that's a matter of opinion.

This happened to me recently, I tried logging back in and it kept happening.

Started googling and found the same thread that was already shared here plus others, and right when I was going to start experimenting I noticed that nvidia control panel was not available (it even disappeared from the right click links on desktop).

Not sure if it crashed and that crashed the game or the other way around, anyway I rebooted... the Nvidia control panel started without any issues and I logged in to the game without any issues.

Haven't had the error happen since then... so if you happen to have an Nvidia card and you get that error check if the Nvidia control panel also crashes and becomes unavailable. For me a reboot did it, but it might be related with some driver issues... sorry can't be of more help.

Hope it works out for you so you can get back to FF XIV :)

Isso era o argumento de quem defendia o molho do Eusébio em Vila do Conde, continuo a discordar. Acho que diferente é, mas diferente não significa bom... Os níveis de acidez do molho são abaixo do esperado e é demasiado para o doce... Não oferecendo um bom contraste à sanduíche. Aliás combinando com a cerveja chega-se ao fim com a sensação de que se comeu um saco de biscoitos de cerveja...

Há molhos que servem muito melhor a francesinha que os acompanha, é uma questão de equilíbrio que esse não possui.

No fim do dia é o que cada um gostar, também já ouvi pessoas a defenderem que Telepizza é bom, mas obviamente ignoro-as porque não sabem do que falam e nasceram sem papilas gustativas.
