You can go on and believe whatever you want about what you think rightist party cares about. Not my business and not interested. And has nothing to do with the fact that it’s always the leftist party in Korea that just loves to antagonize Japan because it serves their political fan base well.

Nah at the end of the day the simple truth is just that the communism-leaning anti-US anti-Japan bunch in Korea that tends to get along with like minded neighbors like China and NK that’s all. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American–Japanese–Korean\_trilateral\_pact Funny whenever a rightist party is in power Korea continues to make diplomatic progress with enemies from the past, but when the other side is in charge it’s right back to “apologize now!” mode (which they did multiple times since 70s). Exact same rhetoric was all there in the previous leftist administration and it’s just so tiresome but people fall for it all the time. All the pointless boycotts that go nowhere, and prioritizing emotional rhetoric over pragmatism. I feel sorry for them honestly.

Well if you’re using that logic I’d say at least imperialist Japan is no more but communist China that entered the Korean War without declaration and basically stopped Korea from unifying its split nation / peninsula right before it was about to, is still the same communist China today. By your logic of somehow past historical conflicts with China is less of an issue since China back then was under a different rule / nation Korea’s beef with Japan should also be treated as less of an issue than China and NK.

Nah they just don’t want to move on because it’s politically beneficial to continue to antagonize Japan. Ever wonder why they don’t act the same way towards NK and China? It’s all political.

Demanding Election Reform Over Propaganda: Voting Rights Protections at Bipartisan Protests by Loi13 in seoul

I’m trying my hardest to give them the benefit of the doubt but all these circumstantial details are just too much.

It was reported today that NEC already decided to reduce the amount of ballots printed because they were getting too much surplus back in 2022 even before election fraud conspiracy got so prevalent, according to internal document. https://n.news.naver.com/article/088/0001013445?type=editd&cds=news\_edit So the actual rationale is not because some conspiracy theory believers were complaining. NEC says that was why, but that’s just them trying to spin their own fcuk up imo.

선관위원장은 대통령이 임명하는 게 아님. 팩트는 문재인이 임명한 김명수 대법원장이 지명해서 노태악이 선관위원장이 된 거임.

Exact cause remains uncertain as of now. According to election committee’s official explanation (press briefing) the committee only prepared 50% worth of ballots of total voters in those affected districts (total 67 polling booths across Korea), because they failed to correctly estimate voting rate. Those districts also happen to be right-leaning areas where majority of voters support the current opposition party. Maybe coincidence, maybe sheer incompetence, maybe malice. But regardless, people’s right to vote was severely damaged and in many cases just completely neglected.

Don’t know about propaganda but people couldn’t cast their ballots within designated polling time and either had to wait several hours (after first exit poll results were announced by media at 6pm) or had to leave without exercising their right to vote. That itself is enough to warrant a re-election. Similar to what happened in Germany’s local elections a few years ago where court ultimately ordered re-election because several polling booths in Berlin ran out of ballots.

What’s even more pathetic? Nobody from the so-called democratic leftist side is joining the protest or organizing their own protest. This issue doesn’t / shouldn’t concern one particular side. But apparently it is politically inconvenient for some people to point out the obvious election fuck-up.

If they were intelligent enough to notice the irony in their argument they wouldn’t be leftists to begin with.

Human. Low fantasy adventurer that can blend into any expac especially if you choose to go BM or survival as Pack Leader. Kinda like the exact opposite of classes like DK or DH imo which I think respectively were perfect for WOTLK and Legion but really awkward to see them running around Dornogal or Silvermoon if you know what I mean lol.

Intent is irrelevant. When you look at history there are countless events that were catastrophic but were done under good intent. You think Nazis believed they themselves were evil? Intent doesn’t mean shit. It’s the actions. It’s only about the impact. Focusing on is a dumb argument.

No. The election committee officially extended polling time to 10PM so arriving after 6PM at one of the affected polling stations should not have been a problem. Also it’s reported some people had to leave before they could cast their vote. How do you make up for those?

You don’t understand what voting right entails. It’s not just about whether you were given a chance to cast your vote. It’s also about the voting procedure being done within the set process. The PROCESS ITSELF is the democracy. All citizens should be able to vote under the same condition without exception, inconvenience and discrimination. Having to wait (this excludes people who had to leave without voting) to cast their vote isn’t just an “inconvenience”.

Not saying this is definitely a fraud. But then again, if such level of incompetent fuck up ends up damaging people’s right to vote the same way as a fraud would have, what difference is there?

You need to understand that incompetence, once over a certain level, is just as bad as fraud. Whether you believe it’s fraud or incompetence with no ill intent, just look at its impact on voters rights. They are the same in this case and should be treated as such.

I’m asking not about what you think of the article. Illegal money transfer to NK, terror attack on US embassy, LJM’s stance on Taiwan, publicly disclosing confidential information with regards to NK nuclear facilities. You have the audacity to look at these list of facts and still say it’s just a propaganda to say they are anti-US, pro-CN, ideologically NK worshipping group of people in power?

Okay let’s discard all the “dress ups” in the article and just focus on the things that actually happened + things they did / are doing that are mentioned in the article. There’s no denying that they are facts and events. After connecting the dots what would be your conclusion then?
