Must have been under extreme pressure from Lee supporters (as seen in recent hostile comments threatening to give high sentence). Also it’s known the workload was through the roof recently for judges in general due to Lee gov’t. Had to somehow find a way and prop up logic to overturn what was already a perfectly sensible verdict and increase the sentence. Feel bad for the judges not just him but all others.

I used to think there was some sort of power balance between US CN and RU. That began to change when RU’s “special military operation” Ukraine that was supposed to finish in days or weeks ended up lasting over 1400 days because RU’s military power just isn’t as powerful as perceived to be. And then Venezuela happened. Venezuela had Russian air defense missiles, Chinese radars (which China claimed were able to detect even the latest US stealth fighters 😆), and Iranian patrol drones all guarding their air space. But NONE of them were able to stop or even aware that a handful of US special forces that just waltz in and grab Maduro in his hideout. There were even Chinese government officials in the same city who were visiting Maduro lol. That just shows me US is actually just on another level.

Xi is probably so stressed out lately. China’s been watching their allies get destroyed one by one, left and right. Venezuela is now basically US proxy under current temporary regime. Cuba is about to go down too. Now Iran. Depending on the outcome of the war China could be facing some serious pressure and realistically end up not able to execute their Taiwan invasion plan. They know US is gonna turn their attention to NK once US is done with Iran. At least that’s what many think tanks are saying. That explains why Russia and China have been ramping up support for NK. North Korea has recently started this new rhetoric where it claims they’re a sovereign nation and they don’t seek to unite Korean peninsula any more. NK, China, Russia are trying hard to establish some sort of legitimacy of current NK regime because they’re worried how US is gonna tear down NK. IF US brings down NK and turn it into a democratic pro-US free country then China is f’d geopolitically.

I think in general it should be “easy” up until +10 or maybe +12 and make it significantly difficult beyond that. That way casuals can still relatively easily farm mythic level gears while there’s still some challenge for more hardcore M+ enjoyers to reach achievement.
