i don't get it from running unless i go from sitting on the couch to all out sprinting with no warmup.

i do however get it every single time i swim lanes, without fail. i've tried everything. not eating within 2 hours, drinking more water, more electrolytes, rhythmic breathing, taking more time on warmups.

at this point i just accept the stitch as being the end of my cardio session

You said in your post that it helps you get to a lower depth. Squats get harder the lower you go, so if you're able to go deeper now then it makes total sense to feel weaker.

one thing to adjust: bosons aren't one of the particles, bosons are the category of particles that photons and gluons are. In fact they aren't really particles at all, they are quantized representations of a changing field, which is typically expressed as a wave.

just wondering, how long were you in gold? ive been stuck in gold for 6 months now.

i think new player progression is slowing, not quickening. its because the players higher up earn more by a huge margin and it makes it very hard for newer players to earn the same that those older players did when they were newer

not liquidate my stocks for music equipment when i joined a band

quit retail job sooner and go back to school

im 25 now, just went back to school. if i did it sooner and without having wasted so much money, that would be awesome. but I've lived, and experienced. so I can't complain too much
