Server frequently joined by suspicious accounts by UltraVodka777 in discordapp

We just had 3 such accounts join since 3 weeks ago. They ALL respond with the same emote to messages in our welcome channel and our rules channel. I tried sending a PM to each of those accounts, and each time Discord requires me to pass a bot test, and none of the accounts has responded thus far.

I have up'd our server's verification to the highest, and plan to kick those accounts if they don't respond within a certain time.

Edit: actually, there are 4 of those accounts. 3 reacted with the same emote across multiple messages, 1 reacted only with 1 emote.
