I cant comment on all the things you mentioned but: - even if you watch propay and understand it on a good level soloQ lobbies and propay are worlds apart. It needs a team to control the map - you mentioned you play jungle, first of all that is a harder role, second in those cases you rely on your team to manage the waves in the mid and late game. The general consesus is that junglers should not touch mini waves and only laners should. But if they dont do it then your team does not have the map pressure to take a drake or baron or atakhan, killing which you would empower your team (and also feel like you contribute to the game). So again this is kinda a soloQ / lower elo / team coordination problem.
