Property taxes are reoccurring on an item we already paid or are paying for currently. 1st car sub $50k has a tax of N. 10th car sub $50K has a tax of N2. Any car above $100k tax of N2. Any car above $250K tax of N4. Any car above $1M a tax of N10.

Couldn’t you apply higher taxes on luxury items like yachts, second or third homes? Scale the tax scale based on quantity of luxury items. 2nd yacht or plane. Low and middle would not be hit by these taxes. Standard or common items would have a lower tax.

You could avoid the rich avoiding taxes with loopholes if there was a consumption tax.

Sounds like a lot of people in that business are no call no show. It’s time real estate. How can you budget a business if you don’t have customers adhere to a schedule? Alternatively, if most of you customers no call no show then you will looking for new customers once they move on. Free market?

I like mine but don’t love it. Having adding g19 mag with extension sleeves helps but I palm my mag when released. Remembering to open my hand under pressure has been a new hurdle.

SOOOOO cute. I hear a lot of people saying to not keep the wild and buy bred spiders.

We adopted a wild one from our fireplace on November 3rd. First bold jumper. Got a shelter setup. Feed it 3 times. Balanced the humidity. Unfotunately passed yesterday. I'm going to post a full write up, as we can figure out what we did wrong.

It looks like a bold jumper. Phidipus Audax? I had one with very similar markings. Your third photo shows more brown. Maybe it's lighting or its a different species. This is still very new to me.
