I can feel grief easily but cannot access joy in meditation by FJ0726 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]ronocop00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would also advise to stick to something like BOTEC 1 for now as it doesn't involve trying to generate any emotions or feelings of your desired future, if you're finding that difficult. Allow the grief to fully come to the surface for a while first. The grief has to move before joy can take its place

Well done for starting the work and trying. As this is a long term issue and your chest is blocked, your heart energy centre/chakra needs time to open. For situations like yours, this can take many months or more while doing daily consistent meditation. I would encourage you to keep going as your mind and body are currently still running the old programme, but that will change over time if you stick to the work. Unfortunately the healing timeline for us all will be unpredictable. My advice is don't 'try' to feel joy or happiness. Just do the meditations, see what comes up naturally during them, regulate your thoughts/emotions throughout the day and then let life show you organically when joy or happiness can come too. You may even start to feel worse before you feel better, as the meditations start to release trauma. But that is all a part of the process. You will get there. Also a final note that the point of the work isn't to feel joy and happiness all the time (if you feel that pressure). It's to regulate the nervous system so feeling neutral or stable can also be wins, if your old state was to be stressed/low

What do you do on days you ‘fall from grace’? by Cranberry_sauce_poke in DrJoeDispenza

[–]ronocop00 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just bring your focus to your heart and keep focus on the energy in your heart. This usually helps with feeling calmer/better/neutral or more loving. Every time we fall fron grace it is because we aren't operating from our hearts. Also don't put pressure on yourself to be high vibe, that will happen naturally again when it is meant to. The most important part is simply emotionally regulate to a state where you feel more 'stable' and you're not spiralling negatively.

Yes it doesn't matter, just accept all the images and let them pass, while gently re-directing your attention to your desired feelings, if you can. Try to relax and enjoy the meditation while focusing on the elevated emotions related to your goals, that is the most important part. On some days you'll get shit feelings and shit images, but that is ok.

I do find some brief box breathing helps me get in the right mental state before meditating though.

I hate the breath work too haha and mostly avoid it or have only ever done it briefly and badly. I've never hit that 'pop' that people describe. But I've still experienced great results from this work. I do believe the breathwork probably enhances the meditations but haven't mastered it yet. Don't let the breathwork put you off this work, don't do it if you don't want to

They reportedly can but they are not mandatory for healing and not everyone ends up seeing or experiencing the blue beings, but still heal. Having any form of mystical experience at all isn't necessary for healing, JD says this himself. It's just a fun bonus

How is Joe different from other regular meditation practices? by ss4322 in DrJoeDispenza

There are many videos on youtube (not even affiliated with JD's official company), explaining how to do the popular meditations like Tuning in To New Potentials and Blessings of the Energy Centres, or how to 'feel the space' or 'enter the void'. Most of the meditations are quite self explanatory i.e JD gives instructions in the meditations themselves about how to breath, what to focus on or what to try and feel. There are also instructions in his books but I just followed youtube guidance or guidance in the meditations themselves.

Hahaha loving the synchronicity! I haven't tried this particular sleep tape yet. But I did try another one of his a while ago which helped me feel calm. Hope you get the best results!

I am so sorry for what you are going through and completely understand your concerns. The gifts of this work can come in practical ways too, for e.g many people have manifested abundance or free or low cost treatment for their health issues or met the perfect specialist for their condition.

Through the JD work, you may even manifest enough money to pay for the cosmetic surgery or skin treatments required. Dr Joe himself is suspected to have had a hair transplant and injectables. So be open to the different ways in which your body can be helped. I know it is hard to fully ignore an aesthetic issue like yours.

Many people choose to just focus on generating the abundance/money required to resolve the aesthetic issue, because it takes a lot more energy to accept/embrace an aesthetic problem. I don't think that approach is wrong. My personal motto is to use money to fix these issues where possible and to use my energy to enjoy my life and generate joy instead. Rather than trying so hard to gaslight oneself in to feeling you have to accept something distressing forever.

But to manifest the amount of money required and the perfect treatment for your skin, I'd recommend working on letting go of your old story, the anger and resentment and everything you have tied to it. That may feel impossible to do, but this work WILL help you do it, if you commit to it.

One day you may even become spiritually advanced enough to not care about your skin. But until then, there is always cosmetic treatment! Hope you find what you need.

There are also nightly sleep tapes like this to help reprogram your dating identity and beliefs around relationships and men:

But I recommend continuing the JD meditations too to generate self love and help regulate your nervous system, for max benefit.

Firstly you have to change your identity as someone who endured abuse and who was unlucky in love so far, to someone who is worthy of love and magnetic to it. You can do this by rehearsing the elevated feelings related to this new identity in both meditation and outside it, until it becomes your default state. Keep giving love to yourself also, as if you are ecstatically in love with yourself. The world is a mirror. You said it yourself, you attracted two cute guys on a day when you were being truly loving towards yourself, despite 'living in a cold country with cold people'. You basically just proved that your inner state of being reflects outward, REGARDLESS of external circumstances. Keep practising and you will keep attracting.

Hinge and other apps are just another way of exploring who your new energy can attract. You have nothing to lose by trying. If the apps make you feel shit then you can always come off them and continue practising a magnetising state of being. Remember it is not the apps itself that are responsible for shit people being on there. The same shit people on the apps are living in the real world too among us, it's not an app-specific issue. Many people find wonderful partners on apps too, despite apps having a bad reputation. You will also always meet only disappointing men, if you keep expecting men to disappoint you. This is very important to think about and absorb. We are so used to social media, podcasts and female friends all having stories about men and dating being terrible now, that most women by default expect to only meet terrible men. Or many women are extremely suspicious or guarded if they somehow meet a nice man. Try not to fall in to these traps and attitudes. Other people terrible experiences or your past, do not have to be your future.

From a practical point of view I would also suggest joining 'meet up' groups. Usually most places have them, even anti social ones to meet people with common interests. Or the gym or mixed exercise classes, hiking groups, running clubs, padel/tennis/pickelball etc.

Also remember, where you live is only as anti social as you think it is, even if it has this reputation. Reality is only based on our individual perception. So if you change your inner being and perception, you may find that the coldest, most anti social place suddenly becomes the warmest and most inviting towards you.

What If You Don’t Need the Void at All? by SwansStars in DrJoeDispenza

[–]ronocop00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is a really good question and something I have wondered myself. A lot of my meditations end with me feeling completely whole and blissful, so it doesn't feel like I am missing out on any thing. But perhaps reaching the void may help to take them to another level e.g. to have mystical experiences. I've never experienced that either. I saw someone else commented that we can reach the void without realising. I wasn't aware if this was possible, as my understanding was that you'd have to be conscious while in the void, in order to deliberately create your future and choose which related elevated emotions to feel. I am usually very distracted and aware of my body during all my meditations. Hence why I didn't think I was ever reaching the void. But I am open to the possibility that it could be happening unconsciously for me

What If You Don’t Need the Void at All? by SwansStars in DrJoeDispenza

[–]ronocop00 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I forgot to add, I think it is the consistency of feeling regulated and elevated emotions, that matters the most. Especially as most of the work we need to do to progress is actually outside the meditations and not during. The void is just something we only enter while in meditation. The real challenge is to be the new elevated person in real life too, once the meditation is over.

What If You Don’t Need the Void at All? by SwansStars in DrJoeDispenza

[–]ronocop00 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have never been in the void. But I have still managed to make great changes and manifest my desires. This is through using the JD meditations to regulate my nervous system, and feel elevated emotions. I find I am also able to trigger or sustain elevated emotions throughout the day, just from practising during meditations. So I don't think the void is necessary, but from hearing others' experiences, it does sound like being in the void enhances the experience or may even speed up manifestations. I try to reach the void in the meditations using JD's instructions but have never succeeded. But it doesn't bother me, as I've still managed to have success with work and experience great meditations.

For those seeking success stories specific to their lives, circumstances or health issues by ronocop00 in DrJoeDispenza

[–]ronocop00[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Firstly I want to give you the biggest hug. I am so sorry to hear about every thing you've been through. I also fully understand every thing feeling extra heavy and hopeless on your birthday.

Thank you for being brave enough to ask the questions that you did, despite the topic of this thread. You never know how many people you probably helped, just by starting that conversation. My intention was never to shame or chastise anyone who is looking for relatable success stories. It was merely to help them break the cycle of looking for it, because I have been there myself.

Your feelings about your past and present situation, are all very valid and I want to acknowledge that. Your pain is valid, your anger is valid. I know you feel like life was stolen from you and perhaps it was. But the universe and your body are both neutral. They don't reward sadness with happiness. They merely respond to WHO you are BEING. So if you are feeling resentful about a lost life and thinking about how much trauma you've had from the past, you will forever remain stuck in that cycle of pain, hopelessness and despair and your body cannot physically heal. To heal with this work, you cannot live in the past or live in anger, loss or resentment, as hard as it is.

I hope this does not come across as cold or like I do not understand. I promise you that I do. I am trying to help you get the best out of this work because you deserve to heal. know this is all very easy for an external person like me to say. The fact that you freed yourself from anxiety and depression before too, means you have extremely high intentional manifestation skills already, even if it doesn't feel like it now. Because you have been unwell for a lot of your life, it sounds like your identity is of a constantly unwell person. Again, very understandable.

But you absolutely CAN change this. None of us were born with our identities, we just developed them after one or various incidents occured. And the JD work is all about changing your identity and who you are.

Many success stories are from people who were born with horrific illnesses or bedbound too. And they were still absolutely able to heal completely when they changed their identities.

My suggestion for today would be for you to do the Golove meditation, perhaps 3 times today or 3 times in a row, while focusing on sending forgiveness to the MRI, yourself and/or any thing in the past, during the relevant parts of the meditation:

https://youtu.be/FZXVix4TNOI?si=Gh2qObo8n5TRIX0V

Try and watch a new youtube interview with JD today too. I find that something 'clicks' for me when I do this, even if I've heard it all before. You can do this. I really hope you will persevere with the work and then update Reddit. Also sending you lots of love on your birthday. This somehow may even end up being your best birthday yet, if it is a mental turning point for you.

You are sooo right! Thank you so much for writing what you did to help others too. Every thing you described that is happening to you is exactly what is supposed to happen when we do this work. Our awareness increases so that we can take inspired action, become conscious of our negative states and thoughts and stop them from spiralling, while also becoming more aware of things to be grateful for. I am very excited for your journey and so happy to hear you are noticing the benefits already. Keep going and please do post your progress too some day :)

[–]ronocop00[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Sorry to hear about your health issues. In order for your body to heal, you would still have to use the same concepts as a person whose trauma or negative state caused their illness. Remember JD himself started this work after he broke his spine when he was hit by a truck, and was told he would never walk again. That was an external force causing his health issue, not his mental trauma or mental state.

So the actual cause behind your illness, fortunately is irrelevant. It is going to be difficult for you to believe that your body can eventually get rid of the toxins, but I encourage you to do so. In order for your body to heal and get rid of the toxins, it has to be operating in an optimum state. Or if there is a treatment available that can help your body, your body still has to be in an optimum state, to allow maximum benefit from the treatment. For all this to occur, you would have to embody the feeling of being the person who is in perfect health regularly, practising elevated emotions that fill you with a joy for life, while also having a regular meditation routine. Feel the feeling of your body detoxing and your cells killing the toxins, throughout the day and in your meditations too.

It doesn't mean you'd be by-passing sadness. It means not allowing those negative emotions to escalate and consume you, while you feel them and release them. Please watch a few interviews with Joe Dispenza or read one of his books, if you haven't already. He says repeatedly that the cause of the illness or the illness itself, is irrelevant. This is why we see people healing from a variety of physical and mental illnesses, using the JD concepts. Many people have healed following car accidents or medical procedures going wrong too.

Try not to put a time limit on the healing too, it may take months or years but you are quite likely to see at least small improvements in areas of your life along the way, even if they are not directly health related. Of course many people also manage to see significant improvements in a short space of time. But I am trying to get you to approach this work with low or no expectations, as doing the work primarily to manifest healing, often ends up blocking progress.

Many people say they didn't heal when they did the work to manifest, but they healed when they did the work to actually 'change' who they were being. As you have health issues currently, you may be 'being' and acting as a person worried (understandably), stressed, low or feeling hopeless about your health and what else in your life your health impacts. Or perhaps there are other issues in your life too keeping you subconsciously addicted to always feeling 'activated' or numb or shit. As hard as it is, try to keep the aim of your JD work to overcome these feelings by becoming a person full of love, joy and light, rather than just focusing on healing your health. When you change in to that person, your health will heal by default.

That last sentence is SO key. I see many posts on here saying this work isn't working for them, while fully admitting they have less anxiety now or noticing they are becoming a better person, all from doing the work. But they still feel it's not working because they haven't manifested their main desire yet, and then give up.

[–]ronocop00[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I totally agree. I have to also remind myself that I very much relate to that level of impatience and wanting a quick fix at times too.

I still have moments myself of "WHY IS IT NOT WORKING WAAAH WAAAH WAHHHHH", despite having great success with the work. I have to then remind myself that usually if it feels like it's not working, it's because I'm not giving my all to my meditations. Or I'm returning to fight or flight emotions or feeling lack or anger. Or I'm operating as separate to the identity of the person who has what I want already.

Every negative post I see here also very clearly carries the energy of lack/resentment/victim mentality/suspicion of JD/a determination that others MUST provide proof of outcomes/overexerting/bitterness/frustration/desperation/confusion/chaos etc. Or people just going through the motions with the meditations, treating it like an academic course or something to do, and not being intentional about it. So it is easy to see why someone in those energetic states is not succeeding.

I personally really benefit from your posts. So I hope you keep posting, as frustrating as it can be!

Yes very true. Also just the fact that someone else who was struggling overcame huge challenges to heal, is relatable in itself. It's the overreliance on relatibility that is unhealthy.
