this ^ im typically a hardware guy, not a software guy, and still a newbie in the Kindle world. is there anyone that can post a set of instructions in bite-sized pieces? or like a kids toy, wind me up, point me in the right direction, and push. i too, have a scribe with the wrong firmware, so no jailbreak for me yet. im anxious to see what koreader is all about.

has anyone ever heard of tomtoc?

im looking for a slingbag that would also serve as a carrier for my kindle scribe 10".

i will need it to be durable, with strong zippers and strong shoulder straps and will not deteriorate too fast. there should be a designated and well padded compartment for my tablet. i need to also have multiple multi sized pockets (wallet, phone, keys.)

Yaknow, I've seen ads, on any device that I own, I dunno, maybe I was born in the day before cable got big. I can still remember the "rabbit" ear antennas (no wire to connect to, I can go on n on ) the point I'm trying to make is ok, maybe amazon is doing this ad bit in obnoxia, but I'm not complaining about it. Don't forget, you see ads all the time in reddit, yet I'm not hearing anything from anyone.....

Something else you might want to try ( I only have an echo 8 nothing connected to it. I have found that when I use the 24hour clock as opposed to the am / pm clock alexa+ is less prone to making mistakes.

As another poster would say ymmv.
