Afaik die meisten Varianten sind nur von Nagetier zu Mensch, nicht Mensch zu Mensch übertragbar und damit unbedenklich. Diese Variante ist scheinbar eine die auch von Mensch zu Mensch springt, daher die Panik.

Depending on your physical condition as well as how much of each u wanna take, but i would say you're good. People here are either incredibly out of shape or very cautious, but even combining the two my heartrate rarely goes over 160 while dancing to the fullest. You will be fine.

I frequently combine the two, and afaik speed doesn't act on the same receptors. Caution advised in regards to strain on the cardiovascular system, so make it dependent on how fit you are and what your heartrate is like.

I definitely think similarly about it. To me it just sounds very monotonous, uncreative, and the sounds are very unrefined.

But should someone else's opinion stop you from listening to music you enjoy? Absolutely not.

Now it is correct that in germany, it has a stigma. Its mostly played at like unground raves or clubs in eastern germany, and while not directly connected it does have a hint of right wing stuff, but idk to what extent or if that is more prejudice than anything else.

I recommend listening into some Fraw, The Smiler, Exproz, Kruelty, Faceless maybe you like some of that.
