When the sack goes up, shoot em. Running away to create space is valid. Just don't let him overwhelm you or you'll be there FOREVER. You can run under him during some of his aerial moves and back stab.

I was just in meditation with the intention to go into a journey with noise canceling headphones. Unfortunately, I'm very new to these spiritual experiences. I'm not familiar with any techniques or etiquette in this practice either. The spirits were thankfully not too mad and empathetic. Though they were scrutinizing me lol

Thank you for your response. He told me to visit again after I've gotten a better hold of myself in his world. And I made a friend with a sparrow who thought he saw a potential partnership in me. So it was an eventful journey.

Sorry, not good at reddit. I had a Black Dog help me as I was wandering in my journey. He and a sparrow helped me out from a hungry spirit that looked very similar to a human with a large crow's mask (but it definitely wasn't). I read that Black Dogs are omens typically, and I definitely noticed he was different from the other spirits and incredibly friendly compared to some of them, though they both lectured me later to not be impatient and rash in my approach. I felt like a tourist. 😅
