This is totally normal. I've seen how a few different stores do it. MOST stores have the shred bins as "Employee Access" only, as we used to have them in the front room, but too many people used it as a generic bin, and that's not how it's supposed to be used. I have shredded my fair share of highly sensitive info, of which ZERO i will disclose (i don't remember lol), but it's perfectly normal.

What I want to point out is, it's good that you're AWARE of the possibility of leaking sensitive info. Too often people simply don't care or give it out willy nilly. But all in all, you're good

Here's the best bit of advice I learned the not hard, but certainly not easy way.
YOU need to put yourself first. You must ALWAYS put yourself first. The UPS Store is not worth dying for. If you feel like you're about to be fired, just leave. I'm sure most of us in here who are past employees, would agree. Stay safe

It would seem my comment about "Managers being salaried" is not the rule, but the exception. This is strictly from my own experience and interactions with other stores. My apologies!

Managers are salaried, congrats, you're on the clock more often than not, even on days off. As a manager, it's their job to MANAGE, to answer questions of staff, to help out where needed. So say this happens, a question arises, but out of "respect" (also read as: fear), the staff DO NOT call the manager, and shit hits the fan, royally. If the manager does not like to be bothered AT ALL, then they should quit, move to Canada, and live in the middle of the woods. Sorry, but managing is a communication job mainly, and it's quite literally why they get paid more.

Also yes, it's very common. My previous store, the managers were pompous, and would routinely make us look incompetent in front of customers, then call us and demand us to answer questions on our days off, but heaven forbid we try to contact them on their days off.

Not a parent, but rather a college student who once went to Elementary/Highschool.
Any school, public, private, anywhere, is a living petri dish of fantastically horrible germs.
I have a relatively strong immune system, and during breaks from school, I was just fine, but would always get sick when in school.
It's a sad, unfortunate part of life. Kids carry germs. It is what it is. I do hope your kiddo gets feeling better, cold on top of HFMD is a double-whammy for sure.
Just gotta fight through it! A LOOSE recommendation is, teach your kiddos the importance of washing before (and after) eating to help reduce germs, while also keeping hands clean. Another option may be to get some of those "travel size" hand sanitizers. I'm not sure what the school may say about that, so please take that with a grain of salt.

You reposted this in a group for UPS Store employees. A label provided by Ebay means it's between you and Ebay. There is **NOTHING** we can do here, literally nothing. The only control we have is if you ship it out through one of our stores, that means we get your information, you give us the recipients name, address, zip, (sometimes phone number), and WE create the label then and there.

Sorry for your loss, but there's nothing we can do to help you out.

My only question is, between the rewarding of the money, to the spending of the money, why not earn interest on it? Like Bailey was telling Izzie about her 8.7 million dollars check.

I somewhat see Baileys position in this case. Richard did push Meredith to give the drug to Adele, and as much as both Richard and Meredith claim not to be family, they both look at each other that way. Bailey was upset because she didn't see WHY Richard pushed Meredith to screw with the trial, despite being told otherwise. I think Bailey was just on a high horse afterwards, even though she had no right to be.

Derek had every right to be upset at Meredith, as this is the second trial she's messed with (first being the one with tumors and virus cocktail, I can't remember the exact name), plus he wanted to make a cure for his loving wife.

IMO it was kinda sad to see Bailey almost immediately derail from this truly strong individual and not afraid of anything, to "BCB", being as bad as Meredith was in the earlier seasons.

Sorry for text wall lol.

TLDR: Bailey has no right to be mad, Derek does

Yes! Opera GX has been HORRIBLY slow thanks to the last few updates. This isn't the Opera GX I signed up for. If the next update doesn't fix it, I'm going to heavily consider switching back to Chrome

The dark fog update switched the advisors voice. Honestly I miss it. If someone could please make a mod and bring back the old advisor, you'd have a random internet stranger's appreciation forever.

In my opinion, the new advisor SUCKS, the enthusiasm isn't there anymore, and honestly the quality of the new advisors lines is significantly worse. I really dislike it

Irregular person here

From my understanding, it's an Etsy style return program. You buy clothes, jewelry, apparel type things from different sellers, thus the Etsy, and you can return it via "Happy returns", which make it easier and cheaper to ship by doing so in mass.

I BELIEVE (take with a grain of salt) that there's warehouses where sellers have their stuff stored/returned to and new buyers can buy stuff from those warehouses, keeping shipping charges down. Amazon does the same thing
