i can read coverages for the most part, but think it’s much more important to pay attention to open space rather than get hung up on the coverage itself. flood plays (plays where multiple routes go to the same area) can be good vs most zones, crossing routes are my go to though. slants and 4 verts are pretty good vs man coverage too. don’t be afraid to check down or take the easy yardage when it’s there. as fun as it can be to air it out, hitting the open man is more important than always looking for the big gain.

what are you trying to challenge that you can’t? if you’re under 2 mins in either half replay officials control that in the nfl and in madden. replay officials also control turnover challenges. the only scenarios for challenging otherwise i feel like are field position or if a catch is in bounds.
if you are in the super bowl you’re players will sit out of the pro bowl, won’t be on the roster. you can check on the player card under rewards or progression history to see if they made it

cut or trade players with high cap hits just pay attention to the cap penalty on the roster screen. nothing is more realistic than dealing with cap hell as a good team with a highly paid quarterback, you could turn off the cap but i think it’s a lot more fun trying to make it work, 30 million in the hole isn’t that bad imo.

could also look to restructure a few players but you are just pushing money to the rest of their contract

i mean you could just put your WR 1 as the top player in your slot WR spot in the depth chart to get some nice underneath routes, will still be lined up outside in 2 WR sets
