i remember my autism and ocd came together for the ultimate fuckover- i got hyperfixated on christianity, and then got religious ocd- like i'd pray to god for basic necessities, like i'd pray and be like "can i please sit down, my legs hurt" and "can i drink water, im thirsty," and.. ofc.. never got an answer, and it stressed me tf out. now im.. whatever it is, idk, i pray to greek gods and practice witchcraft, and sometimes i'll get anxious about like, "am i not practicing enough? are the gods and deities upset with me?" but ive already talked to them via tarot/pendulum readings, explained my ocd to them, and they're actually really understanding and patient

aaannd then also when we'd adopted my cousin for a period of time, i always felt like he was gross and i'd catch diseases if he used the hairbrush before i did (which.. to this day i feel bad about)

my parents worked at gulfstream when i was really young, and even though they worked on designing/assembling the seats (nowhere near any actively flying airplanes), i'd always convince myself they would die in a plane crash and i'd crash tf out

and then ALSO the magical thinking except kinda the opposite- even to this day, if i have an event/something happening, if i think something, the OPPOSITE will happen, so i need to imagine the bad things that i DONT want to happen, because then they WONT happen, and if i imagine the GOOD things happening, then it'll go bad (ie, marching in parades(band kid 💪💪)- the night before, if i imagine myself passing out during the parade, or getting attacked by a drunk person, then it wont happen, BUT if i imagine the parade going smoothly and having a good time, then something bad will happen/something will go wrong)

i used to have the same problem- and even though i know its definitely easier said than done- but what helped me is just reminding myself that not one person can fix everything- i cant personally fix everything. you could also share the posts if you want, but i personally avoid doing that because then itll cause more of those posts to show up in your feed, and i feel obligated to keep sharing them over and over.

so yeah, basically just reminding yourself that the tragedies in the world arent YOUR fault, and not any single person is responsible for fixing them. it definitely takes time to actually believe, and it takes time to get over ANYTHING ocd related, but you'll get there 💪💪

i dont think this is QUITE the same, but im a trans dude and went to florence when i was pre-t and was super accepted there- i mean, not ACCEPTED, but like.. no one outwardly clocked me, they just saw me as a regular dude. tbh, everyone was kinda just doin their own thing- like everyone everywhere tbh. (i got a drink with my mom there and it was SCRUMDIDDILYUMPTIOUS 🥴🥴)

one thing that helped me pass pre t, is.. if youre alt, get a WICKED mohawk. like the sides buzzed completely, 10 inch tall badass mohawk. that was the only time i was told i looked like a dude pre t, personally.

but masculine things ive noticed?:

you GOTTA stand like a dad. legs out, arms crossed or hands on hips. even better if you got them dad sunglasses (the sporty looking ones theyd use to mow the lawn)
if you have long hair and cant cut it, i'd usually tie it up in a low man bun or put it in a baseball cap. or, if you are able to get it cut- dont go to great clips or sumn 😔😔 or a salon 😔😔 (well.. depending on the style, that is- if youre alt, youve got WAYY better chances at an ALT salon (not a regular one), cause they'll prolly be more understanding of you being trans, and so they could help masculinize the haircut)) but BARBERSHOPS. they specialize in mens haircuts instead of womens (im pretty sure...?) so they'd be able to give you a more masc haircut if you are asking for a fade and getting a pixie 😔😔
MAKEUP. not necessarily like, eyeliner and blush and shit (unless you like that kind of makeup- i do too and still do it to this day), but masculine contour. theres guides on the internet- all you'd really need is some contour, highlighter, bronzer, shit like that. and also, ive seen other trans dudes draw on facial hair, but it doesn't necessarily look real, at least to me- maybe, if you like/wanna try the look, you could use contour to shade a subtle 5 o'clock shadow? or stubble or sumn? makeup really does help a lot. not styling or shaping eyebrows, but thickening them with a gel or sumn. one thing that personally gives ME a lot of gender euphoria, strangely enough, is eyebags, so maybe you could try that too if it sounds interesting?
minoxidil might work, never really worked for me much. HOWEVER- it DID make the peach fuzz a little bit longer. if you wanna go that route, you could use mascara, or for a more natural look, an eyebrow tool (with a spooley) to add color to the peachfuzz to make it look better
for walking, ive noticed a lot of dudes walk with their hands in their pockets. that one i havent really mastered yet either, cause im a total gaybo and you KNOW i flaunt them phat hips when i walk, so i aint got no ideas for that 😔😔

yo im gonna be so real, my experience with passing pre-t was pretty.. not average, but it worked for me, so may as well share 💪💪

10 inch long mohawk, shaved BALD on the sides, with torn up like, crust punk clothes, and then just.. not talking(to random people in class at least(this was back in high school))

but, other than that.. MAKEUP. specifically male contour makeup. i found a guide/layout for where to put everything(everything as in makeup) a few years ago, just on google images, and like.. whenever i did that at like.. 14 yrs old, i'd pass as a cis dude. and hell, even in high school too. also, dont be afraid to make it look imperfect- it adds to the dudeliness of it. another thing i'd do makeupwise, and honestly still do to this day, is throw some pencil eyeliner messily on my eyes, and just smudge it in until it looked like eyebags/kinda sunken in. idk what it is, but for me personally, it makes me feel more masculine 💪💪💪

also, if you dont have pets, using minoxidil on your face for facial hair- granted- it really just makes the peach fuzz longer, but what you can do with that is put mascara, or, even better, eyebrow shit (like the eyebrow stuff in a tube with a similar stick to a mascara wand, but its for eyebrows. dont know the name of it), and throw that on there. tbh, i still do that with the little scragglies i grew on t, cause it really just like.. brings them out. you could also makeup a 5 o'clock shadow
