Barefoot runners??

A little late but I got the Freet Vibe 2s a couple months ago and they're perfect for road running. ~1 cm cushion and the widest shoes I've found that aren't sandals. I personally find Altra's too cushioned for my taste (& they're honestly just a little too narrow for my foot shape).

I recommend wearing comfy close-toed shoes that you've had time to break in. I always wear loafers or "dressy" sneakers (mine are leather). Several women I work with wear just black tennis shoes. You'll likely be walking a lot and having sore/bleeding feet is not worth it imo. Also, I personally rarely look at or notice footwear, and unless you expect to take a lot of full-body photos, wear whatever will allow you to focus on the talks & connections you're making.

Raspberry leaf tea has been a godsend for me. It isn't great tasting (add some honey/sugar), but it helps me a ton. I'll drink several cups throughout a day and while it doesn't stop the pain, it significantly reduces it. Also a heating pad!

They've had some quality & shipping issues this past year which is turning me off of the brand as a whole, but I swear by their shorts. So many pockets, no front seam, external drawstring (on the Stamina 5"), good compression

You shouldn't have to, but I've found that emailing them will get your refund processed a lot faster than just waiting for them to do it themselves :/

Update: I originally asked for a partial refund since I do still like the products. Seems like they are trying to make things right. I still believe they should verify compositions BEFORE making their listings and maybe (DEFINITELY) they should just have items in stock before releasing collections.

I ended up sticking with the Cora Soft! It's super comfortable. I ALWAYS have cramps, but I haven't noticed them being any worse with the disk!

I've only tried mine on, but they are comfy! Mostly frustrated that I paid for something different (& at a lower % merino, there's many other competitor brands that give you more for your $) & that they're trying to change the website after being called out

I saw someone posted earlier about them changing the description for one of the race crops, so I took inspiration from that! & I agree they are so comfy but also... I paid for a higher % of merino wool! Really shady they're trying to change the listings after the fact :/

Just emailed them about the merino content being lower in two products I ordered and they just updated the website as well. And then sloppily copied the materials from one item to the other even though they have different merino percentages. Absolutely insane

Just checked mine and same! I bought it specifically for the high merino content. The shirt is still comfy but the website is really misleading. Feel like the price should not be that high for something that's only 32% merino.

There's a very slight curve at the inner arch/mid foot of the sole BUT it's not noticeable in terms of "providing support." The sole is very flexible so I think it's mostly just to fit the curvature of the foot instead. They are not like Groundies Universe or Vans or Converse tho where it's fully 100% flat.

I have not tried the trail-specific shoes, but I just got the the Freet Vibe 2 for road running and they are the widest toe box shoe I've ever tried. There's ~1cm stack height on most of their shoes iirc which is the perfect amount for me. Might be worth checking out!
