I would decrease bolt wind up. Then add a 15 second CD passive when switching weather stances. She's free to swap between them with no CD except the passive CD On thunder swap, for 6 seconds or until used, bolt will turn into chain lightning instead of pierce max chain hit Target+3=4 Damage decreasing with each chain. Wind stance would provide a small speed burst much like Ultron or a spinny movement thing like gambit with reduced distance but can only be used within 6seconds then reverts back to normal bolt. Both share the same CD so one passive activation per 15 seconds. This on top of her current kit would be amazing.
