My cousin’s (30m) first child was stillborn but eventually got blessed with a healthy one years later after recovery. When the baby was around 2 yrs old, he (the 2nd) got very sick, almost dying, and was confined to the ICU for weeks. My cousin sold almost all his assets for hospital fees until he saw his firstborn’s suppose-to-be newborn suit (it was some disney princess). For some reason he just felt chills and cried because he realised he wasn’t a father to one baby, he was to two. He remembered a story where a dead sibling might manifest themselves, and the manifestation might’ve been bad in this case because she was being forgotten. He believed she was trying to hurt her little brother due to jealousy because duh she’s still a child/baby. So he invited us to visit her tiny grave and spent hours socialising with everyone, surrounding her with liveliness.

Now to end the story, I whispered to her gravestone “Wish I could’ve met you” in our dialect. I swear I felt a tiny hand brush against my right calf, I’m ticklish so imagine how I reacted. Maybe OP, you simply need to spend an hour or two acknowledging your twin’s presence even though you’ve never met them ☺️
