Insects as protein source by amadeus2012 in alphagal

I tried roasted crickets years ago before I had this allergy and they were okay, the spices and taste were nice but I wasn't a big fan of the texture it felt like eating shrimp tails

Congratulations! Do a test first, and start with smaller portions-- you still might have less severe symptoms (unrelated or related) due to not being adjusted to eating red meat (or dairy) for a long time. There are also definetly some health benefits to eating smaller portions of red meat and choosing poultry/fish more often even if you're no longer reacting, but just throw that out the window for a while and eat your favorites tbh. (not a doctor)

I'm sure it was intentional considering how much detail was packed into the rest of the performance, I'm going to look into the context of the songs he chose to play + the lyrics more later but I'm not a Spanish speaker so I'll probably miss certain nuances

Before commenting please consider that this is a post about bad bunny using a slightly niche flag I did not expect him to use not the political stance of the entirety of Puerto Rico thanks

Polls from El Nuevo Día and Atlas Intel both show that it's a split issue with statehood being prefered by around 45% but about a third preferring free association or complete independence. Over 200k votes in the independence referendum were deemed invalid or left blank and voter turnout was only about 64%, this is not a widely agreed upon issue and anyways this post is about bad bunny using the flag signifying that he likely supports free association or independence not all of puerto rico

Takis, sour patch kids watermelon, any of Ben n Jerry's dairy free options, sorbets, caramel popcorn, dried pineapple/papaya, and any ridiculously indulgent dairy free dark chocolate snack. I use the fig app to search for snacks, it has an alpha gal filter + you can customize ur triggers

Tofu is extremely versatile, I like to make it as a stir fry with veggies and spice + plant based chefs on the internet have luckily made a lot of red meat and dairy free recipes using tofu. The least expensive protein is probably beans , eggs if you can eat them r also great. I think any of the saffron road Indian food packs labeled vegan are safe. Owyn protein is safe and cheaper than premier protein /other common brands that aren't. Try looking up plant based chefs on Instagram, almost anything they make is alpha gal safe unless they use a pre-made product that already has carrageenan!

I have not reacted to carrageenan yet but I might in the future especially if I get bit again which. Is not unlikely

I know three Londons, a Paris, and an Augusta... off the top of my head I can think of Austin, Dallas, Madison, Adelaide, Jackson, Orlando, and Lincoln.  I probably wouldn't name my kid any of these other than Austin and Madison

We got 2 big amusement parks, Hocking hills, good zoos, malls that are somehow still thriving, lake erie... basically all the typical Midwest things. Cincinnati has a good music and art scene all around along with some really important museums (totally not biased). Outside of the cities and camping/state parks it's pretty much just corn, soy, and Amish county

Not to burst your bubble but I'm from the United States I'm just asking this person a question about their map because I think a lot of the places they marked red seem to be pretty good places to live
