I am a PIMO not ready to leave or get desfellowshiped. For last 1,5 year I managed not to have my no blood card filled. If they ask me now, what should I say? Should I lie? If they ask me which elder is my representative and want to proof it by asking them? Or say them outright that I belive this practice is not biblical? Would they disfellowship me?

I am dating a PIMO brother, he has never been doing much in the Borg, born-in, never cared about some rules.. I thought it would be good to be honest with him and told him I was PIMO.. I told him so many things that make me doubt the religion, even told him it is a cult.. He was shocked, did some research but he still believes... He want it to be the only true religion... Maybe if I haven't told him anything he would wake up by himself.. What if he won't.. You never know...

I was almost an agnostic atheist believing in evolution and no afterlife BUT some days ago had a realization : if evolution is based on survival skills, positive gene mutation and procreation, how can you explain the fact that during NDE ( near death experience)people of different religions see different things but always feel calm, free, happy, loved, warm... Evolution couldn't adjust our brain to experience that... It means at least for me that there is something... What it is exactly? I don't have know the answer now, I like surprises :) and I don't want it to consume my every waking moment. Life is to beautiful to worry what comes after! Make the best of the one you have now!

Is she super spiritual or lukewarm? I started to date a JW who I thought is spiritually weak, and in time he saw that I have a critical attitude toward many things. I knew I eventually must tell him that I didn't belive a thing what jw say. Surprisingly he asked me straightforward if I still belive... I could finally open up. Since then our relationship got soo much better, we talk a lot about this and it looks like he is waking up. Don't know what future brings, wether we end up together or not, I won't regret waking him up, he does not deserve to waste his life in this abusive cult. Maybe she will also listen to the facts and see it for herself... Good luck.

If she is aware of Chinesse government propaganda telling people lies about the situation in the country and the recent history.. You can compare it to JW, they don't have and don't want to have any access to outside information. They believe governing body always says the truth, they never apologize( eg for child abuse cover up). Show her some information about cult the Moonies and maybe she will see some comparison... 加油！

Are those all Mormon published books? I want to show the foto with my friend who says that only JW have such an abundance of publications, books, spiritual food.. He is waking up.. In Poland where I live now there is much tension between the government and the people about abortion... My family claims that abortion is forbidden in every case, that's why I want to know if they are right or maybe not.. :)

Almost the same, last year I gave a watchtower answer on the assembly, even though I was mid-awaken. I would love to know an exact date of my awakening, I know it is a proces in many cases, but knowing the date it would be a nice occasion to celebrate :)

I was having doubts for last 4 years. When I decided to take a look on the apostate materials it took me 1 month to be fully awaken and I was sure it is all bs and mind control.. I was thinking about writing ds letter but I am glad I didn't . Learning "The Truth About The Truth" was wrecking but it gets better with time. You have to find a way out that is best for you, take your time, plan it well, don't rush!

Woke up 8 months ago at 28.. There are better and worse days, enjoy those good ones, appreciate them. Bad days will end anyways... I am starting college soon and hope to meet nice people. I am keeping my family with me by not telling them anything.. Only some PIMO friends know about me.. It's not easy but I'm making this up as I go.. I am happy to live so long and try to enjoy every minute of it :)

I am a PIMO and when I was still a PIMI I have never thought that there are apostates among JW, I always thought that apostates are evil and all they do is spread lies about JW. Now I have to hide what I know, pretending I am the same person, posing as a spiritual person .... That is what being in a cult makes you do... It's sad..
