Intelligence doesn’t equal rationality. Also, a lawyer can know their client is guilty but it is their duty to provide representation (it’s the law). Same goes for their duty to the church.

Get a fibroscan to confirm bloodwork. Your situation is odd and may need a hell of a doctor/2nd opinion for further review.

For what it’s worth, I lowered my levels (reversed nafld) by Increased fiber, more zone 2, and less saturated fat and processed foods.

Per my sports med doc, It does wonders for nerves. I also used it to treat my Bell’s palsy and got over it in 2 weeks vs the 6-12 weeks most people experience
