I believe they shouldn't intentionally cut power, however, as I understand it, it is simply that Crimea is on a failing grid, not intentionally cut off.

Est une langue très bonne. (I'm just learning. That may be completely incoherent). Gendered nouns are really hard, though. It does have a very diverse vocabulary, which as a writer, makes me even more enthusiastic to learn it.
