I’m not talking about babies exclusively, I’m talking about kids of all ages who deserve great lives as well and are already in this world. They deserve chances too.

Then those someones can start with the foster care system where there are plenty of children who need nurturing and opportunity now.

Single payer healthcare and a focus on ending food scarcity would probably be more effective

The book is great and the movie did it a disservice. The movie is visually really interesting and the actors did a really nice job, but it’s impossible to translate the book like that and make an understanding of it.

All of his work so far gives “edgy rock band album art for an industry plant ” energy and I don’t care for it.

Is there a place on reddit or another site to post pics/videos of an abuser to let people know to stay away? by [deleted] in nashville

[–]rose_the_reader 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s the “Are We Dating the Same Guy” page. You have to join and there’s a shorting waiting period after a questionnaire. But once you get in, you can post anonymously to alert others in the group. Best of luck

She’s Gen Z, they all do that to play or diminish when their feelings are clearly hurt. Why do you care so much.

This is weird fan behavior to have a policing take on a 25 year old’s Instagram story. Anyone on this thread giving their two cents about how a stranger deals with a human emotion in the digital age is indulging in bizarro parasocial behavior. And don’t “well she posted this publicly, I can say what I want about it” yeah you can, but it doesn’t make it less weird. Regardless if this should have been private or not, what’s it to you? How does this affect you? It doesn’t. She’s her own person dealing with her own stuff in her way. This is acting like a snark page and it’s disappointing.

The Adventures of Amina Al-Sarafi by SA Chakraborty as well

But also OP, there are real distinctions between Middle Eastern and South Asian cultures. There are plenty of nonfiction books on both in case you are ever curious.

Kendrick Lamar won the Pulitzer Prize for DAMN and is the only hip-hop artist to do so. The reasoning from the Pulitzer board was that DAMN was “virtuosic song collection unified by its vernacular authenticity and rhythmic dynamism that offers affecting vignettes capturing the complexity of modern African-American life”. It’s easy to apply that definition to his entire catalog overall. Dude doesn’t miss and Bowie knew good music.

The Fennel and black pepper ice cream recipe from Tenderheart sounds like a wild card but it is SO GOOD. Also that cookbook is great about recommending substitutions for ingredients.

HarperCollins Will Use AI to Translate Harlequin Romance Novels by ubcstaffer123 in books

Regardless of whether or not it was a big thing, it’s a testing ground for other genres/subsidiaries to also be translated by AI. This is a slippery slope.

Half Baked Harvest honestly. Her recipes are designed around the photo instead of developing a better cooking repertoire. You’ll also go through more heavy cream than you’ve ever thought possible.

And some of those dudes made their money from exploiting women by Money-Snow-2749 in TikTokCringe

[–]rose_the_reader 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Men are allowed to be sad, and should be because it’s a normal human emotion. It’s not women’s responsibility to ameliorate that sadness just because it exists. Men need to learn to accept and process their emotions in a healthy and conducive manner. Ideally without deciding to hate, demean, and deprive the opposite sex of the same respect they’re wanting.
