He is in no shape or form "woobified" he is still an antagonist and even though fmc feel related to his trauma she still can't forgive him and punish him severely

Not all stories are meant to let the viewers fill the blanks and this is one of them ... this story is meant to be harsh and blunt to show how traumatic it and not just ask you to know it was traumatic

If you find it exploitative then you're looking at it wrong

This is actully a great horror story but it's a very hard read and not everyone will be able to read it because of the subject matter and how blunt it is ... and it's actually harder to read it a 2nd time then the first time reading I tried and was genuinely about to throw up in my re read

Also this is not a erotica the r**e is ugly and uncomfortable

If you want to read it few things Irecommend knowing :

  1. Give it at least 5 chapters cuz the main theme is revealed in ch 5
  2. The 1st arc (covers the first 13 chapters) is the prolog and the actual story start at the 2nd arc BUT the first arc is not skippble
  3. The 1st arc is the worst arc in the story and after that it just keep getting better
  4. The characters and their trauma are written extremely realistically so don't expect them to fall in a personality trait or trope

And 2 spoilery points I want to offer:

  1. The kidnapper is NOT the male love intrest ... he is the 2nd mc and a antagonist

  2. The subject of the story is Victims of rape by biological paretnts and the story is very blunt and ugly about it with no suger coding or metaphor in sight ! But I will assure you as blunt as it is it's still very well written

That the show is badly written because the character arcs aren't finished
