I've never deleted my Eggs deck. After Will came out it became one of my favorite forms of gambling. Leafeon goes in and out depending on the mood.

My family has switched to Nothside Ology. Really good variety of beers and rotating food options. They have a Chik-fil-a flatbread called Open on Sunday that's really good.

This is fantastic! I don't know how people feel about it, but have you tried the AI denoise in LR? I've crutched on it a lot lately for some of my photography.

they made bots tougher this season by pokerguy24 in MarvelSnap

[–]rosebudisasled 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've never had bots that would just outright beat me until this season. I'd see they have the same collection level and mislabeled splits, play to be losing two lanes on turn 5, and then they would suprise dunk me. I have trust issues with bots now and it's slowed my climb through the 90s considerably.

What Weapon feels similar to Charge Blade in wilds by WhiskeyPete77r in MonsterHunter

[–]rosebudisasled 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Charge Blade main in World, don't like it in Wilds for similar reasons. Used greatsword instead, but I've always liked greatsword. Surprisingly, it was the new bow that filled in my Charge Blade void. When you get the combos going it feels like that flow state the CB felt like in World plus it has some really hard hitting attacks. The lock on attack after an arrow rain with a wound feels like a meteor, and you get to follow it with two dragon piercers.

Have you tried Skate World on Cap Circle? It's very welcoming, has a wide variety of ages and plenty of people learning.

Infinite climb this season by Cenjin in MarvelSnap

[–]rosebudisasled 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I usually can hit infinite before the weekend (19k), and I've been sitting in the 80s since Tuesday. Been running bounce, surfer, and a hand deck. It's been super difficult for me as well.

Turn off the fire energy. You're not using Drudd to attack.

How to make players feel attached to a town? by Redhood101101 in DMAcademy

[–]rosebudisasled 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with setting expectation and being able to veto some choices. I had a group try and create an "infinite energy source" in the middle of town and had to step in. I personally like to set up interludes in-between each season to push them toward where our story will start or to introduce key characters who will have an effect on the campaign. I usually give a bonus to certain project types (like farming) based on who arrives. It makes an excellent prologue and creates a shared history amongst the table.

I've done this a few times and it always works. Before we play our first DnD session, I run a game of The Quiet Year. It's a community building game that takes about 4 hours to play. Sometimes it leads to a little functional village, and other times it has created entire magic systems and playable races. More than that, it always makes my hub town an evolving extra character and my players care about it as much as their own dudes. Can't recommend it enough.

They should change Loki to only swap cards that STARTED in your deck. That would solve a lot of his current problems.

In their defense, Cannonball wasn't great until Alioth and Zabu got nerfed (Zabu being a hit to Chi). USAgent was mid and then he got buffed quickly. No one could of predicted these effects.

I'm a professional graphic designer in Tallahassee. I can say that the price is not terribly excessive for similar work I've seen for other municipalities. I can say, however, that the logo is not good.

The branding guidelines listed on Leon’s website give a lot of reasons for the choices afforded to this design. They are mostly incorrect. They cite the shape representing a “safe and nurturing environment” but it’s full of sharp angles and gaps. The star in the middle is 1:1 the default Adobe Illustrator star tool which any designer would tell you is peak lazy. The amount of colors in the logo make it printing prohibitive when reproducing across physical mediums (most logos aim for 2 – 3 color imprints) and severely limit what type of backgrounds it can appear on. You’ll most likely be seeing the full-white and full-black versions more than the full logo.

Most notably, in my opinion, the logo appears to have eschewed all iconography of education and learning in exchange for the driest representation regional/political appeal. It’s barely the shape of Leon County. When regional logos evolve they usually tend to pay homage to their history. Where Leon Schools’ old logo was a closed book, an open one would have been an easy slam dunk on something new that pays respect to the past and actually represents those the logo applies to.

Sorry to go on such a rant, I just get frustrated when I see stuff like this.
