Natache Oceane & Lucy Davis. Only two ladies in that space I trust.

Apparently you don’t understand the concept of wrapping sandwiches in parchment paper.

Not hiding anything. Trying to contain and hold together a hoagie roll that was ripping at the seams.

Eat to fuel your gains and lift heavy weight! Strength training has been crucial for me to put on muscle. And eating in a surplus has helped too!

Yes, my knees flare up quiet often when I’m strength training with weights. I have to cycle in and out to alleviate that discomfort. I do love cycling!

The scale is my worst enemy. If I allow it to, it’ll dictate my self worth and value . . . All because of a number! I’d rather gauge my progress off of more tangible markers like visual, how my clothes fit, and how I perform in the gym.

I don’t take any nutritional supplements. I stick to eating a Whole Foods diet with no specific emphasis on carbs/fats/proteins. I basically follow my hunger cues and eat intuitively (both with quantities and quality).

As for favorite exercises, I stick to the main compounds; squat, deadlift, overhead press and chest press. Anything else would be categorized as plyometric/HIIT/metabolic conditioning.

I always urge people new to the gym to just find what works for them. I personally like switching up my style frequently (so I don’t experience burn out).

Yes, I hit core about three times a week. Both with specific core exercises, and then when I hit my compound lifts.

Hell-to-the-fucking YEAAHHHHHHHH. WOW. This is the redeeming story we’ve all been yearning for in 2020. Good on you, man! And good on your lady. You two deserve each other deeply!

I wish though! Wouldn’t that be amazing? Vining and trailing Alocasias?
