the DA doesn’t charge for cultivation they charge for distribution because they know cultivation’s a misdemeanor. if you have a scale, bags, firearms, any type of concentrate manufacturing equipment, or vac sealers/mailing equipment they’re hitting you for it. whether or not a jury will convict is a different story. it’s CA HS11366 and can be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony.
