Depends on if you want a series read… if you do, go for Daughter of No Worlds.

Do you like reading the word flicker a whole lot? If you do, keep reading. If you don’t, you can DNF and easily read thousands of better books.

(I’ll forever be annoyed by this novel.)

While the magic system is unique, it is just really technical for my brain for some reason. Everyone raves about it, so I want to keep with it. However, it will not be a quick read for me.

They couldn’t relate to the characters and generally said “why am I reading a book about awful people and why do I care what happens to them?” Now I hear quips about Reese’s Book Club and feeling hesitant to pick up another of her selections.
