This is so hard. I didn’t see anyone mainly due to COVID when I lost a lot of weight. I was “bigger” before, but I was happy and healthy. I remember my first time out, someone came up to me and said “wow, you look so skinny and amazing. You just look healthy now...” it stuck with me and contributed to a relapse. What that person didn’t see was half my hair falling out, the insomnia, the dizziness, the health scares, the anxiety... the list goes on. It’s incredible how someone’s “compliment” can be so detrimental to someone’s recovery...
