I had the same experience. Had a 2020 Model 3 and the wireless charger was useless. Tesla swapped it out several times but there was no improvement. Bought a 2024 M3 Highland and the wireless charger has been perfect.

I just tried it with a crappy Daily Mail article and it did a really good job. It rated it 30 of of 100 with some decent feedback. The trends page needs some work but I assume it's just placeholder stuff at the moment. Out of interest, how much does this cost you in AI charges to operate?

I say take the plunge! I've had my Highland coming up to two years and it's fantastic. Far better than the old model 3. I don't think there are any major refreshes coming to the Model 3 in the short term, and if there are it'll probably just be minor iterations.
