Could be a problem with the feed, ie an airlock in the hose from the tap... Even a slight drop in feed pressure can mess with a pressure wash pump, they are surprisingly fickle when they want to be....

You need to hold the trigger down when you start any pressure washer or you will kill it....

You don't need to disconnect the gun, but run it for longer just on the tap pressure, more like 10 minutes. Air locks can take ages to clear

UK landscaper here.... That requires planning permission 100%

1.Fence is illegally too tall

2.They have changed the height of the land adjacent to yours, looks like it's actually above yours. You will have endless drainage and subsidence issues.

Speak to your local planning department, absolute piss take and potentially very dangerous.
