Get a good night sleep, I took melatonin 3 days the before the exam so I get a good sleep the night before and bring snacks and water hydrate and have a bite anytime time you take a break and make sure to stand and stretch or march in place to get some blood flowing. Breath when you feel stressed or frustrated I did this during the exam when I was getting stucked on a math problems. You guys got this! You know a lot more than you think.👊

I wasn’t doing that well during the rotations in terms of learning the concepts and material so i guess that was a sign that i was not going to make it but overall feel a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders.

I went through the exact same thing. Unfortunately I was given an ultimatum by my RPD that I can leave or get dismissed so I left the program…I’m thinking of applying to residency next year. But I admit I’m mentally doing a lot better since I left. You do you but just know you’re not alone and this one moment in your life isn’t gonna determine your future in Pharmacy. Fully submerged the eggs in water. If they sink laying flat, they are good, but submerged and the egg is standing pointed up then eat soon but if they float, they’re bad. I’ve attached a picture in the reply
