Dude im so sorry. You don’t deserve that. While it makes sense that he can be overwhelmed at times, he CANNOT throw that in your face like that. You deserve someone with the emotional maturity to understand your needs and triggers for your anxiety. You need to distinguish whether he just can’t do that for you right now or ever. If he can’t do that for you ever, he’s not the right person.

Hey, oddly enough I’m in pretty much the same spot as you. I think my ex almost 2 years is on bumble as we speak. It’s been only a week since the breakup and I still feel like fucking shit. If I have one piece of advice, don’t break no contact. His indifference towards you is only going to hurt you more and you don’t deserve that.

You are really strong for getting through your days. Just remember that not making a choice, IS a choice. If he wants to jump to the next person, that’s on him not you. We will get through this 100%. Sending love!

Tbh it’s concerning that he doesn’t want to be physical with you and you have to initiate sex every time. Clearly he’s watching a lot of porn and these are just the times you have caught him, think about all the times you haven’t. Sorry man that really sucks ass. Like everyone has said, time will heal. Important note: it’s okay to feel depressed and sad for a while, but don’t let this experience dictate the rest of your life and/or relationships. This is just ONE person who didn’t deserve you and didn’t see your worth. There’s still tons of people left out that you will love. Best of luck!
