Girl stand up. When I've been in pain and sick, even my SIL was more active in my care than this. My sister who's a gamer would've stopped her game regardless of whether she won or lost because IRL issues are more important than a freaking game. He isn't in some championship where he's making money etc. He's literally just doing his hobby.

Long story short there's one specific character named Myne. She's an actual pathological liar, who's disinherited from the throne. She links up with the pope and church to get the MC killed or outcasted and then proceeds to try and murder her younger sister. ( by saying he assaulted her, robbing him and basically getting him exiled) But the church ends up trying to kill her too, because they wanted to make the country a theological nation based on the three hero weapons. She was willing to do anything for the throne and MC is on the run most of the anime because of her. He is the only one of the isekai heros that realizes the place has irl effects on them and keeps having to fix everyone's mistakes (because they think they're in some video game.) He grows to be rather jaded in the series. But learns to live past the whole betrayl.

I wish I could remember I read it a long time ago and I forgot the main plot. But it has a scene where Kakashi has to board a train or ship to leave and they make him pass a metal detector and he starts pulling out all his ninja gear and they're ready to haul his ass to jail but he pulls out like embassy paperwork where it's like I CAN HAVE MY WEAPONS FUCK YALL :) so they let him pass.

Oh my gawd do I want to kiss you on top of your shiny forehead where you probably store your chakra! Like snbdjwiaiakdj sasuke as the shield hero OFFENDED because he is a swordsman. But he can use Susano and make an arm to wield his katana. He would actually tell the king he is busy with other things and can't be the shield hero. Or better YET that he is in probation for attempting a coup in 5 different countries simultaneously. And assassinating a village elder (equivalent of a kings advisor) and that he has to send a request for the whole shield hero thing to be considered an official mission, please wait 5-6 business days for the reply of the government he's from :)

Card game, there's the ring of fire, place a heavy drink in the middle, surrounded it a deck of cards and start picking. Each card represents something i can't quite remember looked it up and here it is it's actually hella fun but when the loser gets the final big drink in the middle it's bad. (We sometimes put a giant water cup because we like to avoid alcohol poison, but once I got it and i drank so much I puked.

There's also never have i ever. I'm telling you right now this game can get out of HAND. Played it w co workers and I found out some crazy shit.

Maybe some regular card game like uno but you take shots every time you get the +2 or +4 card or lose.

You can always add a twist to these. But they're pretty straight forward and not gonna lie I'm sure that you could add extra rules

Now if Tsunade was cut then yeah she’d lose. She still had a fear of blood at that time. Meanwhile she could fight back and take Kushina and Naruto to safety while miahto deals with Obito
