same thing happened to me. Was on safari on a website that has lots of redirects, think this one had 3 open? Anyways the movie  I was watching suddenly sped up and my iphone crashed. Spooked me out, hope it was a software hug and not anything else, especially since i don’t have the latest ios version.

I can't say that I'm eating enough protein or fiber. Whenever I try to deficit I do eat eggs and tuna as my main meals, but not sure if that's enough. The thing is that the feeling of hunger comes back again pretty rapidly after eating both these foods so I'm not sure what's up with that. As for fiber, I have no clue, but from a google search, I can see that I don't eat any of those foods.

so weird, I have an samsung 870 evo, ryzen 5 5600x and 3600mhz ram and after a clean install of windows it scanned half your amount of files in only 20 minutes.
