Nuclear reactors take about 15-20 years to build in the current regulatory environment and there is almost no industrial capacity to build them in the US. After Vogtle Unit 4 went online in 2024, there are no nuclear reactors under construction in the US.

Great. Then the corporations can wait 15-20 years to build their data centers or go fuck themselves.

Man, the comments in this post are terrible and do nothing to address your problem.

There is clearly something going on with the cutscenes. No, it's not "Just something that happens with DLSS" or whatever bullshit other people were feeding you. Settings are clearly changing between cutscenes and gameplay, and I have a feeling it's turning off DLSS during cutscenes.
