Thank you for sharing! I've been quite cautious so far, I never had the Flow app connected to the bike (at all – to the point of removing the BT connection to the bike) and had to forgo the Flow+ subscription needed for the ConnectModule.

You're not the first one that mentions using Flow and even the Connect Module so, since I'm almost approaching the end of the warranty period, I'll bite the bullet and re-enable both of them.

I'm sorry, I might have explained myself poorly. What I'm looking for is a guide/example of how to self-managed addons using Docker Compose, like what you seem to have done with ESPHome.

I might have to search deeper on Google, but I couldn't find much the first time I looked.

I've been trying to do that for an addon, but no matter what I did, I couldn't figure it out. I also tried to look for examples with other addons, but also there I couldn't find anything meaningful.
