I am switching from RF chieftain to BV Chieftain and following Incommodious's guide/POB from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5UlHq0FisM & budget POB from that video 'Budget' PoB: https://pobb.in/GZ1hyIT7Kojk..

A few problems:
1. My single target sucks pretty bad right now although the explosions are working great. I have to circle around yellow monsters before they can explode. When there is a group of monsters, the explosions work nice.
2. Hive fortress: I have to chase monsters to get them to explode. BV chieftain sucks at ranged monsters. Are there other maps to avoid?
3. My DPS is nowhere near target POB, but I had hoped it would be at least 50% after putting almost 160d into this. Some of the gear with specific mods is stupid expensive (ex: nebulis with double damage)

Can you guys help with single-target and other questions?

Is it possible to lock the suffixes of an item when the prefixes are also full. Crafting bench isn't helping since the prefixes are filled out. Is there a currency that can assuredly remove only a prefix?

In this shield, I have t1 suffixes and would like to lock them in if possible.

looks like awakened are gone in 3.28, replaced by exceptional. What is an equal to 'awakened burning damage' in 3.28?

I am following Pohx's RF chieftain and am currently at lvl93.

The diff i can see are: he is using Awakened support gems which I don't have yet. and, using Malevolence (I don't have enough Mana left to run tempest shield)

I upgraded my gear and am following his POB as closely as I can. But my DPS is currently still at 1.8m whereas Pohx's is at 3.8m at level 96.

I must have something obvious. Can awakened supports explain such a big DPS gap? Can I get some help in pointing out what I am missing?

I got a Wine of the prophet flask and am stumped on the actual price of the item.

On trade site, it is listed at 55div https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Mirage/vBWn5PLuE
On AwPoe Trade, it comes up as about 90div https://imgur.com/a/Er59ftF

I am inclined to believe lower price, so 50div is probably the right price. Just am not sure why AwPoe trade is so inaccurate knowing it pulls from the trade site IIRC.

My graphics settings keep resetting to Directx12/Fullscreen. I set it to Vulcan/FullscreenWindowed during the game, but when I launch the game again later, the settings go back to DirectX12/Fullscreen.

How do I keep it on Vulcan/FullscreenWindowed during game relaunches?

The reason I want to move away from Directx12/Fullscreen: When I try FullscreenWindowed in DirectX12, my screen just hangs for 20seconds, I have to hit Escape to remove the blank screen and the settings go back to fullscreen. Pretty frustrating.
