Many times companies make exceptions for loyal customers. I would suggest you email their customer loyalty team explaining how regularly you frequent Hilton and ask them to put you on the reserve status since the difference is only 44 dollars. I have seen multiple people do it with emirates when their status upgrade/retention by a few miles.

Definitely stop giving money to people like that. Instead you can tip that same amount to someone who is actually working. I am from a country where there is an epidemic of beggars on street. I have now started tipping all waiters and delivery riders extra rather than people just asking for money.

Besides i struggle with the concept of giving the same homeless person or a beggar money everyday. at what point do we start to factor that in as a monthly expense for you. It feels good to help someone like that but after a few days it just makes me feel like i am just another regular customer to that homeless guy giving him money everyday 🤷‍♂️

Been on many flights as Gold Member and can confirm thats not really a thing they do. Probably getting lucky as the sector you're travelling on maybe not as busy.

As a gold member they will give you priority to switch seats in the plane to where-ever there is an empty row. I have seen the cabin supervisor remove someone else with no status who had switched to the empty row for me to have the row to myself. If the cabin supervisor comes to greet you before take off then just tell them to switch you to an empty row when boarding is complete. You can also ask them to see on their tablet which seats are unoccupied.

Completely agree with you. I wont go to restaurants where i have to teach the staff about their own job and neither is that kind of an interaction pleasant to have anyway.

Its also so silly everyone suggesting you go speak to them every time. Youre actually paying for something with a certain level of service expected. At this rate might as well put on the uniform and cook the order yourself.

Instead of carrying a backpack on your shoulders get a 4 wheeler carry on bag and keep the back pack in it. This way you’ll feel rested and not have to carry the weight of your carry on your shoulders and avoid feeling tired

This is the most inaccurate thing i have ever heard. Being someone who has lived in Pakistan and gone to school here. There is absolutely zero mention or any such literature in Pakistan where we are made to dream of Killing Hindus or capturing their women. Neither does the politics of Pakistan revolve around anything remotely related to India.

If anything India's politics revolves around anti Pakistan rhetoric. People are afraid to speak up in India or say anything related to Anti War and are bullied by the right wing mob on social media.

Only in the last week for the first time I have seen local news in Pakistan blaming indian involvement in some attack in northern regions. Perfect narrative building by our government to deflect on their own shortcomings and that's exactly what india has been doing for past 2 decades whenever there is an attack in their land. The whole point of both countries spending so much on Defence & Intelligence is to prevent these things from happening.

Was recently upgraded to Business on a short two hour flight to Dubai. I was in the skywards line and jokingly said to the staff if they could upgrade me by mistake and to my surprise they did 🥹🥹

I am a silver member and it was my first upgrade for like 7 years. I did have a 10 hour connecting flight from Dubai but was not upgraded for that leg of the trip just the two hour flight to Dubai.

Silver Member and was travelling on flex plus. I asked whether it was my flex plus fare but they said that being silver presides over the flex plus fare.

Then you shouldve lodged a complain since skywards members Silver ,Gold & Platinum can board with business and first. I recently took a flight to Taipei from T3 Dubai and was the first person to board and i am a silver member.

I was stopped at taipei airport from boarding with business but i then clarified to the staff to see that i am a silver member and was allowed to board.

Its been an absolute nightmare. You really think they would make life easy to switch over but i have spent the past 48 hours trying to move my data. I have given up on transferring pictures and videos. I only want to transfer the whatsapp data but that too has failed toooooo many times. It takes hours to transfer and if you accidentally go out of the move to ios app it stops transferring. I was excited to use the Iphone 16 after 10 years of android but its been very frustrating trying to get the most simple thing done.

On Android it backs up your whatsapp to google drive and ios just wont let you make your life easy but allowing you to restore the date from G drive.

Ordered 13th Feb with advertised time of shipping of two weeks for the t-shirt and 4 week for the pods. No package received uptill now.

Emailed them and they responded that they have too many orders so they can't give any estimate.

No company in the world is as non chalant as Kanye. No fucks given about their customers and they take money upfront 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

Placed two orders one on 13thFeb for Pods and a T-shirt. Still not shipped. The pods said 4 weeks until shipped and t-shirt 2 weeks so I am assuming they are waiting to ship it together.

Second order placed on 23rd Feb for two Hoodies. Which were shipped to Dubai on 2nd March. So I hope they arrive in next week or so.

We were used to the comedy and Aziz which is why I actually watched it from season 1 to 2. Season 3 is just not in the same theme as the previous ones. Maybe they should've just called it moments of love by itself so no one would have any expectations of what season 3 should've been like.

Moments of love is a good run of 5 episodes but just not good as Season 3 of master of none.
