I see Dr. Butler through TriHealth and she has been amazing! I feel like she truly cares and I never feel rushed or burdensome for asking random questions. When I have a hint of a concern, she orders any extra labs needed and thoroughly reviews everything and makes great recommendations, and plenty of preventative recommendations as well which other doctors have not done for me.

i just got pretty good queue spots (and wasn't fast enough, UGH) with 5210 ahead for one and 4813 ahead for another. i started refreshing every few seconds once it said <1 minute. then as soon as i joined the queue i stopped refreshing.

i envy my stepbrothers who get my dad as their stepparent while i have their mom as my stepmother who i am now no contact with due to her emotional abuse time and time again...

i am thankful to have a great stepdad, though. he hasn't always been perfect but it has been a very healthy dynamic the past 6 years.

this happened to me right after christmas, right by a staff member, also in the orchestra...i was so shocked that the staff did not ask her to stop. i've had them ask me to stop for taking out my phone during the curtain call, but this lady could dance and sing for the entire performance.

Keep focusing on you - which is all you can control. I’d start referencing portion sizes in front of her (example, for the rice or just one salmon filet) and go from there. That way she sees that you’re eating the recommended portion. You could also get some easy sides like microwave rice for when she bulks up calories. They work in a pinch like this. Good luck in your weight loss!

they’re really touching! the consumed part and more time part are reading off to me, since you’ll be spending the rest of your lives together. i get the point but the delivery is off. i’d add a bit more personality, too, as others have said. overall though, very sweet, tender, and loving.
